Courtney and Jason walked around happily, hand in hand. Courtney was really craving some ice cream. Jason liked Courtney a lot, so he bought it himself.

What Courtney was not aware of was Jason stealing the money. He couldn't tell her about that at the moment. He liked her way too much. He liked her tomboyish ways, he always found himself looking into her sparkling eyes, he liked the way she smiled, he liked her giggles, he liked everything about her. There was no way he could give her up that easily.

"Thanks for the ice cream, Jase." She thanked, taking another lick of it. He imagined what it would be like to kiss her soft lips. All he could think about was how jealous he was of that ice cream. He is only 6 years old while Courtney is 5.

"You're welcome, Princess." He tightened his grip on her free hand, not wanting her to leave him. He was protective over her and that is how it was always going to be. Forever and always.

"I think I have to get home." Her bottom lip was pouted out as he pecked her lips, causing her cheeks to become bright pink. She had wanted him to kiss her lips passionately, but a peck was good enough for her.

Obnoxious yelling was heard clearly from Courtney's living room once they got to her door step. It always happened. She was never physically harmed by her parents or sister, but she hates all the arguing. She did not want to come across her parents physically fighting each other.

"I'm not letting you go home to that." Her smile was so broken. All she wanted was a little bit of happiness in her life. Which she when Jason was around. She always thought Jason was cute. She just never ever thought about them having a thing for each other. Not in a million years.

Before Courtney knew it, her arms were wrapped around Jason's neck and her legs were wrapped around his torso with her head laying on his shoulder.

"Goodnight, Princess."

Sorry for the short ass update. It was just to show you how their childhood was. I wanted to make it longer, but oh well. I'm gonna make a book on some events that happened in their lives.
