Of course my father moved him and I to some stupid small town. It was my junior year, I was just starting to get my life on track when he gave me the news. He has always tried to make life easier or better ever since my mother and baby brother died 6 six months ago. Mother had gone into labor really early in her pregnancy, it was unexpected. At first, she and my brother were healthy until that day. That stupid day.  She had just dropped me off at school when she started coughing really bad and trembling uncontrollably. She was coughing so hard that blood came spitting out. I screamed and screamed until my throat felt raw for someone to help. After what it felt like an eternity, an ambulance came and someone was dragging me away from my mother. No matter how hard I kicked for the stranger to free me, they wouldn't budge. As soon as I turned around to see who had me, I wish I had never did. I hated him with every fiber in my body. Parker James, classy right? He was very beautiful but ugly on the inside. He cared for no one but himself. Not only was he a bully, he was THE bully. No matter what, he always had his slimy smirk on his face, like he could ruin your life faster than you could say "no". Sure, he had all the girls but not me. Not ever. He was a cheat, a player, and a jerk. While he was holding me as tried to not let him see me cry, it looked like he cared. He had me fooled way too well. He even stroked my long blonde hair that was then tangled. He cooed in my ear that everything was going to be "okay". Little did he know that it wasn't going to be okay. Later that week, Mother had died...as did August. She always loved out-of-the-ordinary names. Especially mine, Tristan Rhea Thomas. My dad never left her side while she was in the hospital. She was his best friend, his life, his love, and his heart. She meant everything to him, it was always the sweetest thing to witness....his love for her.
Anyway, this is my story.
