Chapter 15: He confessed

It's been 2 days when Lawrence recovered, our relationship worked out pretty well and the twins were happy to finally have a dad. Yet it's been four days since I last saw Justin, I've been thinking about him. Kamusta na kaya siya.. I want to visit him, after all, it was my fault na napasok siya sa gulo ng buhay ko. Was he looking for me? If you thought that Justin was killed, no, he wasn't. He was just unconscious that night. Maybe the guy that got me also injected something to Justin.

I went to the living room to look for the twins. They are watching Adventure time while eating cookies that I baked.

"Sofia? Jaze?"I called, getting their attention.

They turned their heads to look at me.

"Yes, mommy?"-they answered

"I'm going out to visit Justin. I want you to stay here while your dad's not here okay? Stay with your nanny Belinda."-I told them.

"Daddy Justin? Is he okay mommy?"-Jaze asked

"I missed him mom."-Sofia said with a pout.

"That's why I'm going to visit him. Stay here okay?"

"Yes mom!"-they answered cheerfully and turned back to watch the movie.

*knock* *knock* *knock*

"Justin?"

I slowly opened the window but there's no one home so I entered anyway.

I went up to his room and checked if he's there but he's not. His things are still here. Is it possible that he just vanished? Jeez, what am I thinking? I was about to get out of his room when someone suddenly grabbed my arm and hugged me from the back.

"Julie!"

I immediately pulled away and turned back to look at him.

"Justin? Thank God you're okay!"-I said in relief and hugged him tight wrapping my arms around his neck and buried my face to his chest.

"I'm so so sorry. I didn't mean to put you in danger."-I apologized.

"There's nothing to apologize for, Julie. But I want to tell you something.."-he breathed deep and spoke again.

"Since the day I saw you, I felt something different towards you. I've been looking out for you and the twins for years and--"-I cut him off when I remembered about the twins.

"Justin! Speaking of the twins they missed you so much and they want to see you!"

"Julie.. can you just listen to me for a while? -he asked

I nodded and mouthed 'okay' at him.

"I've been with you for six years since those babies were still inside here.. "he said, putting his hand on my stomach.

"I already started feeling... something that I shouldn't feel. That's why I tried to stay away from you and even engaged myself in a relationship."-he paused

I looked at him in confusion.

"Just to shrug the feelings away but it just made it deeper. I realized when someone took you away from me that I shouldn't just let you go. I will fight for you Julie because....

I love you..."
