Ali's POV
I was walking through the halls humming Magic by One Direction. I heard different conversations about some new kid. Everyone was always excited about new kids since we didn't get many. I walked into my home room and one of my best friends ran up to me. "Hey Ali! Did you hear about the new kid?" she yelled into my ear. Wincing in pain, I shoved her. "Yes, chill man." I said chuckling. "I hope he's cute." she said. "You know I call dibs though, remember?" I asked. "You've got Dakota on your list, I've got no one." "True." she giggled. We both sat down when the bell rang. "Crap!" I mumbled. I forgot to do the homework assignment. Again. Like the teacher didn't hate me enough. "Settle down class." Ms. Parks said. "As most of you already know, we have a new student." We all turned to the door when he walked in. "Holy shit." I whispered to Shanice. "Excuse me, Ms. McLean? Do you have something you'd like to share with the class?" Ms. Parks asked glaring at me. "Nope," I said popping the "p". "I'm good." I said blushing. "Good. This is Troy Anderson everyone." "Hey." he mumbled. "Would anyone be kind enough to show Mr. Anderson around the school during lunch?" Farrah and Kathrine's hands automatically shot up. Both of them smiling at Troy with their pearly whites. I rolled my eyes zoning out and thinking about the homework I forgot to do. "Ali? Ali? Ms. McLean!" "Yes! Wait, what?" I asked snapping out of it, looking like an idiot. Everyone snickered. "Would you like to show Troy around?" I looked at Farrah and Kathrine and saw them evil glaring me. I smiled and looked up at Troy. "Sure, why not?" "Great. Lets start class then." Mrs. Parks said. I looked over at the two blonde bimbos and mentally stuck my middle finger at them. This was going to be a long day.
Troy's POV
I was outside my new home room with the principal waiting to go in. This was going to be an awkward day. Meeting new people. Trying to score with the ladies. For some reason, they were all attracted to me. It's not like I'm that hot, but I'm not very ugly either. "We'll have someone show you around Troy. They'll show you all the classes and anything else you need to know." "Okay, thank you." I walked in the room and felt all eyes dart towards me. "Good. This is Troy Anderson everyone." the teacher said. I think her door might have said Ms. Larks. I couldn't remember. "Hey." I mumbled. "Would anyone be kind enough to show Mr. Anderson around the school during lunch?" I looked around as two very attractive girls hands went up. I smirked. I was already scoring. "Ms. McLean, would you like to show Mr. Anderson around?" I looked at the girl the teacher was looking at. She was pretty too. She wasn't answering the teacher and my nerves kicked in. Was I not good enough for her? I thought I was fine. But this girl was down right gorgeous. She had blonde hair mixed with some brown and she had gorgeous blue eyes. She wasn't very skinny, but not too big either, just perfect. "Ali? Ali? Ms. McLean!" "Yes! Wait, what?" she asked and everyone snickered. She blushed. "Would you like to show Troy around?" She looked around and then at me and said "Sure, why not?" Maybe during lunch I could find out more about her. And possibly the two blondes. This was a great start to a new beginning.
