"I really hate it there, you know that right?" Kiara said bluntly, "oh you hate everywhere" Alessa chuckled, dragging Kiara in the direction of the car. "Are you sure you're okay to drive, you seem a bit, drunk" Kiara asked Alessa, slightly worried. "Well we can't taxi's in this area and you can't drive yet. So yeah, im okay to drive" she stated sarcastically. 'Even when shes drunk shes a sarcastic bitch' Kiara chuckled to herself. She looked round the empty streets, the bitter cold wind hitting her bare skin, sending shivers down her spine. The drunken giggles of her friend was the only sound to be heard. No passing cars, no buzzing of street lamps. It was silent. Not the peaceful silence, but the type of silence that happens in horror films to build suspense just before a murder. "Oh hurry up will you" Alessa shouted back at Kiara who was too busy taking in her dead surroundings "and stop staring at the street lamp, its weird" she said to her friend before beginning to giggle again. After a five minute walk they finally reached Alessa's car. She owned a damson Fiat 500, "why purple? Out of every colour, you chose purple" Kiara said in disgust "you're just jealous you cant drive and its not purple, it's damson" the drunken one replied, her attitude laced into the reply. Both girls got into the car, the cold leather hitting the back of Kiara's legs sending shivers down her spine once again. She checked how she looked in wing mirror of the car. Her once perfect make up was completely smudged, sweat dripping off her head due to the heat of the club where her and her friend had just been located. Her once straight hair was now flicking up everywhere it could. She ran her hangs through her umber coloured hair. Alessa's hair and make up remained perfect as always, her huge bouncy curls had dropped slightly but still looked gorgeous. All of her make up perfectly complimenting her crystal blue eyes. Kiara was always jealous but she obviously never said anything, she was jealous of how her friend could look amazing even without make up, she never had to diet. Alessa could eat whatever she wanted and she would never put on weight, not to mention all of the boys fawn over her. She was awoken out of her thoughts when the car jolted, signalling it had started. The engine quickly started up and they left the abandoned area. They had been driving fore about 5 minutes before it was clear the driver had stopped paying attention "Al, please focus, I don't want to die tonight" "You called me Al, you never call me Al. Are you feeling alright?" She asked, Kiara not entirely sure if that was a serious question. Kiara nervously gripped onto the car door not entirely trusting her friends driving skills "calm down will you" the driver said "I honestly believe it would be safer if i drove" was her only response to her friends statement. "It probably would be safer, illegal, but safer." Alessa said, making Kiara uneasy. "Look no one's around, it's not like i could hit someone" Al laughed, but how wrong she was. The car smacked something sending the girls into a panic. They look up to see a smear of blood across the windscreen. "We hit something!" the passenger shouted "it was probably a rabbit" "A rabbit that could reach the windscreen. We need to go back!" Kiara shouted at her unconvinced friend "okay, okay, but I'm telling you it's just a rabbit." The car reversed back towards the unknown crime, they both got out the car to see exactly what Kiara thought. The body of a man.
