Obviously, you can do the stretches up above but here are a few more.

1. 30 second butterfly
40 seconds in straddle touching your left foot then right
30 seconds in all splits (or as far down as you can go)
20 second bridge
20 seconds in straddle reach

2. I know that this isn't a stretch but whenever you are stretching, don't over work yourself. If you do, that could lead to joint and muscle damage, tears, sprains, and so much more. I pushed myself too hard with my middle split and I dislocated my right hip.
