Chapter 1

I was looking around on what to change in my room when my mom walked in my room "Vanessa I'm going on a business trip for two days I trust you to make the right decisions" she said "bye I got to go I love you"

"I love you too mom" I said and started getting dressed I looked outside my window and saw a boy around my age smirking at me I closed my curtains and went back to getting ready.

I walked outside and got in my car when the neighbor next door stoped me. "Hi you must be Vanessa" the woman said
"Yes I'm Vanessa nice to meet you"

"I'm Lauren King" she said "now your mother said you where coming to have dinner at our house tomorrow?"

"Yes, sure I'll see you then" I said smiling

"See you soon Vanessa" she said smiling then I got in my car and drove off

Me: Are you ready?
Natasha: Yes hurry up

I drove to my best friends house and parked outside. I saw a familiar car outside her house but I ignored it and drove off.

"So party tomorrow at Brads" Natasha said "what are you wearing?"

"Jeans" I said

"Ugh dress up once in a while will you" she said smirking

"I would but why should I it's just a party" I said

"Alright then just wear something nice" she said

About twenty minutes later I parked outside the mall and we got off and started walking inside.

"What's up Vanessa" Brad said "am I seeing you at my party tomorrow"

"Yes" I said smiling

"Me too by the way" Natasha said and winked at Brad

"I'll see you tomorrow, bye Vanessa" Brad said walking away

"Why did he notice you and not me" Natasha said

"I don't know either way I'm not interested"I said

"You better not be interested in him" Natasha said

"O-kay" I said

I walked to one of the stores and picked a shirt that went well with my jeans at home. I then went outside and waited for Natasha to finish getting her dress.

"Natasha I'm going to starbucks" I said

"Soo she shops" Alec said

"Oh hey" I said "I just came with a friend"

"Same I came with my friends"

"Oh well I'll see you later" I said smiling

"OMG who is this!" Natasha said

"Natasha this is Alec" I said

"Well Alec it's nice to meet you oh and by the way Vanessa is single" she said winking

"Vanessa let's go I said glaring at her" I grabbed her hand and pulled her all the way to the front doors

"What was that? I mean he's hot you're hot get together" she said "plus then you won't be interested in Brad"

"I am not interested in Brad" I said "get in I'm going to drop you off at home"

I drove to her house and unlocked the door "bye" I said and as soon as she walked out I sped off home.

~~~Hours later~~~

Mom: remember you have diner with the Ryder's tomorrow
Me: of course mom
Mom: Goodnight sweetie I love you
Me: Goodnight love you too

I got in the shower and turned on my candles and decided to listen to music. About an hour later I was done and I started getting dressed then I went to sleep.
