Adelaide's pov
"What about these your highness." I glaze over at the pink icy heels, before giving a sharp nod.
"They're wonderful Meredith." My seamstress nods before showing me matching fabric.
I clap my hands together, loving the color a smile spreads across my face. "Splendid, I've already made a dress with the fabric you may like."
She gets up leaving me alone with my thoughts. I automatically start sing the first tone that comes to mind.
"I really really really really really really like you and I want you. Do you want me, do you want me too."
"Wonderful voice you have." I jump, before turning around to see my father walking into the room.
"Good afternoon father." He comes over and kisses me on the forehead. "Afternoon, darling why aren't you dressed." I giggle at his serious tone
"Meredith went to go get my dress." I say a smile overtakes my face. I've always liked dressing up.
"Your mother and I have a important topic to talk to you about." Here we go again. My twentieth birthday.
"Please don't remind me father." He lets out a hearty laugh, before kissing my forehead again and leaving.
Nearly bumping into Meredith. "I'm sorry Meredith." She nods at my father before he continues his walk.
"Here it is." She lays the huge bag on my bed. I immediately go for the zipper, causing her to chuckle. A gasp leaves my mouth.
"Meredith,it's beautiful oh my gosh." I hold the dress up to myself looking at it in the mirror. "Get dressed princess, you have an event to get to."
Meredith helps me get undressed, careful not to hit my hair as Elizabeth had just did it along with my makeup.
After I'm dressed I examine myself. I look wonderful. "Beautiful as always." My mum walks in my three brothers behind her.
"Father and you with the no knocking." They just come in uninvited, not that I mind
"Where's Thaliah?" I ask "She is downstairs with your father."
I always wonder how my sister is always ready before me.
"Come, come your ready." I nod following after mum and my brothers.
When we get outside of the castle a carriage is wait." Your majesty." The driver opens the door to Thaliah and I's carriage.
I get in with Thaliah close behind. As soon as the door closes Lia asks the question I've been dreading.
"Are you ready for tonight?"
