Chapter 14

Hailey's POV

I woke up with the blankets around me. And an arm. I turned around gently, and saw an adorable sleeping Jordan. I giggled to myself before leaning down and kissing him on the forehead. He stirred a little, and soon opened his eyes.

"Good morning," he said in that super sexy, low, morning voice.

"Morning." He moved his head closer to mine and kissed me on the lips.

"I had fun last night," he said while smirking and tightening his grip around my waist.

I lazily smiled, thinking about last night. I quickly kissed him before saying, "I had fun too."

He chuckled. "Lets get up and do something productive today," he said as he started to push the covers back.

I grabbed his hand and said, "no. Stay with me."

"Babe we need to, ugh ok fine."

I smiled at how fast he changes his mind. He pulled the covers up over us again and wrapped his arms around my waist again, pulling me in closer. I buried my head in his chest, listening to his heartbeat. One of his hands moved up from my lower back to my head, as he started playing with a piece of my hair.

"Ok let's get up, I'm hungry," I said.

"Ok let's do that." He slowly got out of bed and slipped on his boxers. Oops yeah we were both still naked from um, last night.

I was still in the bed covered up. But not for long. Jordan walked over to my side of the bed, and picked me up bridal style. I was still wrapped up in the sheets though. He carried me into the bathroom and said, "get ready," before shutting the door.

I pulled the covers off me, opened the door and threw them on the floor, before closing the door once again.

------ time skip to 5:30 pm ------

"Ready to go?" Jordan asked me while grabbing his keys off the counter.

I kissed him on the cheek while walking past him to grab my phone off the counter too. "Yep."

"Awesome." He opened the door for me as I walked out into the buildings hallway. He closed the door, locked it, turned around and grabbed my hand.

"Let's go," he said, and we were off.

It took about 45 minutes to get to the concert venue. Once we were finally there, we parked and walked up to the entrance.

About 20 minutes later, we were sitting in our seats. They were really nice, I arranged one of those suites at the very top. You had a balcony with rows of seats and tables, overlooking the whole crowd. If you walk up the stairs, it leads into an open room. It had a fridge, with all sorts of drinks in it, then a snack bar, and your own personal popcorn machine. It was epic. I grabbed a plate and pilled it full of snacks, then turned to the fridge and grabbed a root beer.

I sat back down beside Jordan who turned his head to see the plate of food.

"Can I have some?" He asked but grabbed a handful of chips even before I could answer.

He stuffed them in his mouth. "Yeah, sure," I said. He smiled and wrapped an arm around my shoulders. Then the music started playing.

We got home around 11:30, and I was tired.

"Hey, have you ever even spent the night in my apartment?" I asked Jordan as he walked in the kitchen. I jumped up on the counter and sat there.

He walked over to me and stood in between my legs and wrapped his arms around my waist.

"No, I don't think I have," he smiled.

I jumped off the counter and grabbed his hand and darted for the bedroom, practically dragging him down the hall.

I opened his drawers and grabbed a grey tee shirt and black sweatpants and handed them to him. I felt him squeeze my hand a little which made me realize my fingers were still intertwined with his. I didn't mind though.

"Let's go," Jordan exclaimed as we walked across the hall to my apartment.

Jordan's POV

She was still holding my hand as she walked down the hall and into her bedroom. She flopped back on the bed, causing me to laugh. I walked to the other side and laid down beside her. She turned to face me, looking me in the eyes. I felt a smile creep across my face, just seeing her face made me happy.

We both leaned forward at the same time, closing the space between our faces. Then our lips colliding, moving together perfectly. She slowly crawled on top of me and rested all her weight on my chest. I knew it was going to be a "night" again, so I moved my hand down to the edge of her shirt and pulled it up lightly. She grabbed my hand and pulled it back though, as she leaned up from my face. Did I do something wrong? Was she uncomfortable? What happened?

She laid her head back down on my chest, still holding on to my hand. "Jor, can I tell you something?" She asked as she looked me in the eyes.

I nodded my head and said, "yeah of course baby."

She didn't break eye contact with me when she said this, "I feel like I need to tell you this. Because it affects our relationship," her voice trailed off a little at the end.

"And?" I said.

"And, well," she looked me back in the eyes, "I sort of can't have kids."

She looked embarrassed, "why do you look embarrassed?" I asked.

"Well I thought you wouldn't care about me after I told you that." Her voice became quieter.

"What?" I asked confused. "Hailey," I tilted her chin up, forcing her to look me in the eyes. "I will always care about you. I have ever since I laid eyes on you in that plane. You have no idea how much you mean to me. Do not ever think I don't care about you. Because I always do, every single day."

She smiled, "this is why I love you."

I giggled and said, "who wouldn't love me!" She playfully punched my chest, "you're such a dork," she said.

"You are too!" I laughed.

"Whatever," she said, looking me back in the eyes. Then the silence fell over us once again. It was just me and Hailey. That's all that mattered.

"How about we finish what we started a few minutes ago," she said while smirking.

"Oh that sounds fantastic," I said in my low, husky voice. She always says that voice is super sexy. I rolled over to where I was hovering over her, before smashing my lips into hers again.
