Prologue

I have always dreamed of snow. I grew up in Whitemist where winter season was a wonderful time of the year. For a few short months, winter brought a reprieve from the heat and humidity., but when even it gets cold, it never snows. We got frost on occasions, but never the white, fluffy flakes falling from the sky. Snow was something you see on news from other kingdoms like Hentalia, Steoris, Phoerean, Sleontis, Subiel and Cruseon; something you just read in books, something that you just hear from people who went outside Whitemist, something that happened in faraway places. Snow is always a fantasy. Snow is my magical dream because Neus is my name which means white as snow and I am a princess from a place without snow.
