Jade's POV

I could hear voices from a distance but I didn't know who, I tried to open my eyes but I couldn't. Why the fuck can't I open my eyes. I then tried to move my arms and legs but it was like I was loaded with something extremely heavy on top of me which was preventing me from moving.

Someone help! get me outta this, where the fuck am I. Sarah, Zoe, Nate, can someone hear me. I mentally talk to myself realising it's useless, I give in.

A few minuets later I hear footsteps moving in further. Someone sits on the stool besides me and rests those hand on my arm. Hang on a minute, I know this touch, it belongs to....

Nate.

"Jade, I am really sorry." Nate apologies with his voice cracking at the end.

Sorry for what?

"If it wasn't for my stupid phone you wouldn't have been running to give it to me and then crashed with the car. If it wasn't for me you wouldn't be in coma." Nate cries.

Coma. Nate don't cry.

"I'm so damn sorry Jade. I regret taking you out. These past 2 days have been hell for your family and me." He sniffles as I feel a tear fall on to my hand.

Oh Nate it's not your fault.
Stop blaming yourself.

I like Nate a lot, he cares so much for me, he has helped my in my bad times, always been there for me, he is my shoulder to cry on. I wish I could get up and hug him and tell him that it wasn't his fault.

"I can't wait for you to wake up I need to tell you something. But I just hope you feel this same way Jade. I really would like to give us a shot, because I really like you Jade." He adds.

What no way? Nate fucking Maloley feels the same way as me.
I immediately react to his words by grabbing on to his hand that was resting on my arm. God that was hard.

"Jade?  Holy fuck Jade you moved." He rushed.

He shot right up from his seat and runs out the door. Probably to call the doctor.

A few minutes later I hear the doctor barge into the room instructing the nurses what to do.

"Mr Maloley, can you step outside for a moment." The doctor orders Nate.

"Yeah sure." I heard Nate simply say, I could hear the excitement in his voice.

Nate's POV

I could sit down due to the happiness running through my body.
I quickly took out my phone and contacted Sammy to tell him the news.
Soon after I chat to Sammy I dialled Zoe's number asking her to tell Sarah to come over since I don't have her number.

45 minutes later

The doctor walks out of the wars making his way towards me.

"You may go and see her since she has regained consciousness." The doctor smiles.

"Thank you." I simply say before walking in to Jades ward.

As I reach the door I stop in my tracks, I breath in and then out so I can act calm about this situation.

I slowly enter and see Jade sitting up in her bed.

"Hey." I smile stopping by the door

"Hi." She says patting the seat besides her.

"Jesus, I am so glad your awake."I sigh.

"How are you." She asks calmly as if nothing has happened.

I chuckle "I should be asking you that."

"My head aches kinda other than that I am as good as gold." She flashes me a smile. Man have I missed that smile.

I didn't know what else to say so I just started to play with her fingers.

"I heard what you were saying when I was you know not able to respond." She  says. Automatically my head shot straight up.

Shit

"What exactly d...did y..you hear." I stammer.

"Well, I heard you blame yourself for everything that happen which let me make clear was not, I also heard you cry."she explains.

Oops.
I let out a sigh I relief, glad that was all she heard.

"And I also heard your feeling towards me."she adds.

Damn

"You hear....... I was cut off by the door slamming open, in walked Sammy, the Jacks, Zoe and Sarah.

Phew close escape.

As they all barge towards her I leave the room to avoid further questions.

Guess I will have to spill the beans sometime soon.

That's all for now guys I hope u liked it. There is a start to Jade and Nate's relationship.
