Hello all.
I really don't have much to say today. It's been a long week and weekend but my Crybaby t-shirt came in the mail and I got the recording of my school's musical that I've been waiting forever to get and my Shadowhunter Codex is supposed to come in the mail today so yay.
Warnings: none I think

May's POV
June 19, 6:04 amMay turned off her vibrating alarm and dragged herself out of bed. It was Father's Day, and she wanted to make breakfast for Dad and Papa. There was only one problem: she didn't know how to cook. How hard could it be? Dad made it look easy.
She pulled out the pancake griddle and the pancake mix. While the griddle warmed up, she found a tray to set everything on and made the pancake batter. May hummed a tune with no name; she just hummed to whatever felt appealing to her vocal chords. She tensed as she felt someone's presense behind her. Whirling around, May threw her arms out to block whoever it was from seeing the breakfast.
Uncle Sam leaned against the doorframe of the kitchen. Are you making breakfast? he asked.
May nodded. For Dad and Papa. It's Father's Day.
Oh, that's right. I forgot it was today. Do you need help making breakfast?
I got it, May signed and put a determined expression on her face.
Okay. Uncle Sam was leaving when he stuck his head back in. They both like chocolate chips in their pancakes.
Thank you. May grinned and reached for the bag of chocolate chips hiding behind the spices.
Fifteen minutes later, May had assembled the perfect breakfast for her fathers.
Castiel's POV
June 19, 6:18 amEver since May had had the nightmare, Cas had been having even more trouble sleeping than usual. He lay awake in bed one night, finally falling asleep around 5:00 in the morning.
"Cas. Cas! Wake up," Dean said, shaking his shoulder.
"What?" Cas whined.
"Do you smell that?"
Cas paused for a moment to smell the air. "It smells like... pancakes."
"Who's making them?"
"Dean, it doesn't matter," Cas said and pulled the sheets back over him and Dean. "Go back to sleep."
May's POV
June 19, 7:02 amMay shuffled quietly down the hall, balancing a tray of pancakes, bacon, and orange juice in her arms. Luckily, Dad and Papa's bedroom door was open a crack. May nudged it open with her foot, setting down the breakfast on their dresser. Dad and Papa rolled over, squinting against the light from the hall. Are you okay? Papa asked.
Happy Father's Day, May signed shyly.
Dad and Papa grinned at each other, then at her. Come here, Dad signed.
May smiled and grabbed the tray from their dresser. I made breakfast, she signed after she set the tray in between Dad and Papa. They sat up, and Papa turned on the lamp sitting on the nightstand.
I thought I smelled pancakes, Dad signed and picked up a plate.
These are very good, Papa signed.
May settled in between her fathers and watched them enjoy their breakfast.
Castiel's POV
June 19, 7:08 amI'll be right back, May signed and hopped off of Dean and Castiel's bed.
"And you wanted to adopt a baby," Cas said to Dean.
Dean laughed. "Be quiet. We couldn't have picked a better kid."
"I agree."
"Hello, boys."
Dean and Cas's heads shot up at the familiar English accent. "Crowley. What the hell are you doing here?" Dean demanded.
"It's lovely to see you, too, Dean." Crowley glanced down at the breakfast spread out on Dean and Cas's bed. "Aww, did the little one make you breakfast?" He reached down to pick up a piece of bacon, and took a bite out of it. "Mmm, kid's got a future in the culinary arts."
"What the hell are you doing here, Crowley?" Dean repeated.
"What, I can't just pop in for a visit?"
"No, you can't," said Cas.
"Well, I wanted to see the famous May Winchester for myself. I've had spies out, but you lot killed one of them."
"You are not going anywhere near her," Cas growled.
"Oh, Cassie. So protective."
"Stay away from our daughter," Dean warned.
Crowley rolled his eyes. "Good grief you two. Alright, I guess I'll be on my way, then. See you soon, boys." He snapped his fingers, then he was gone.
Cas and Dean glanced at each other. "You take one hallway, I'll take another," Dean said and rushed through the corridor to the left. Cas ran in the opposite direction.
"Cas, what's going on?" Sam asked as Cas passed him.
"Crowley," he said breathlessly. "Coming for--May."
Sam's eyes widened as he followed Cas down the hall. "I didn't see her in the kitchen." As they rounded a corner, they nearly rammed into May. She stumbled back. Sam and Cas tried to hide their breathlessness.
We were just looking for you, Cas signed.
I went to the bathroom. She gave them a weirded-out look.
Okay. Well, why don't we finish breakfast?
May's lips pulled into a smile, and she followed Sam and Cas back to Cas and Dean's bedroom. Dean was in there, clearly panicking. Relief flooded his face as May walked into the room. Again, she gave him a puzzled look. Why does everyone keep looking at me like I just came back from the dead?
What? Dean replied. We're not looking at you weird.
May arched one eyebrow, but shrugged and plopped down on the bed beside Cas. Cas wrapped an arm around her and kissed the top of her head. He held out his hand, then folded his middle and ring finger over; the sign for "I love you." May mimicked the sign with her left hand and pressed it against Cas's.
Dean sat beside May and copied the sign, too. May made the sign with her right hand, and touched the tips of her index and pinky fingers to Dean's.
Everything was perfect.

I've decided to start doing the thing that I used to do on my last story where I basically just tell you stuff that was going through my head or explain something that happened in the story.
1. This story does actually have a plot unlike my last story.
2. "Everything was perfect." .....sure.....
