The next day was Monday. I didn't want to go to school but school is an expectation. Any way Rachel is still here we let her stay here so our first day back at school we would be together. That plan backfired, all her friends were making fun of me because I "couldn't drive" so then I got mad at her and we stopped hanging out. Just recently new kids came to the high school: Jacob and James. Brothers (not twins). James was the same age as me Jacob was in grade thirteen. But James is cool, James is like heaven on earth like love at first sight like a fairy tale. Well I guess you get the point I have a crush on him. Any way in science class I saw Rachel, she actually came and sat beside me she said "she is really sorry for how she has been acting, and that I should just go with it or ignore the other girls". Sounded good to me I chose not to say it out loud instead I just nodded. In science class friendship was brought up, what chemicals are "friends" and what ones "aren't friends", other words what ones do react together (friends) and what ones don't (not friends). Any way Rachel acted the same way all day "so I went with it" I ask her if she would come hang out after school with me she said "well since we're best friends wouldn't it be an expectation "? I agreed! She came at 4:30 and we talked about: boys, people we don't like, makeup and makeup brands. Pretty much a basic teen girl hangout. Mom came up stairs "would you girls like some ice tea or lemonade"? She asked. We both nodded, mom has been doing everything for Rachel and I ever since we hurt our selves in the car accident. Mom hasn't mentioned any thing about Emily or if we are going to have a funeral for her and when it would be. I think mom is convinced that Emily got out of the water and had ran! I don't know about that theory.
