"C'MON GET LOUD, LOUD, LET IT OUT!!" my best friend Lily and I shouted from the bathroom. It was lunch time and instead of eating we were hanging out listening to music.

"Ky, you will never guess what happened yesterday." she said.

"What?"

"I saw this kid who looked exactly like Ryland. It was really weird because like, I stared at him for a second and didn't process why he looked familiar but then it clicked and I couldn't stop looking. I think I freaked him out a little bit." she chuckled.

"That's really weird, I totally have to see him. But if it really was him, why would he be here of all places?"

"I don't know. Maybe he thought Pittsburgh was awesome and wanted to come out of hiding and visit here." Lily joked.

Nobody knows why but a few years ago R5 just stopped. No more concerts, no more albums, Ross wasn't on Austin and Ally anymore and everything was gone. It seemed like my life shattered that day. R5 had been one of the main things I went to when I was upset or having a bad day. They made me smile just by being themselves.

"The real question is where did they go in the first place? What the hell even happened?" I said back.

We never really got any answers to anything. They never said where they went or why they were leaving or how long they'd be gone, they just kinda went. The only thing we ever really got was Riker tweeting that he loved us a few days before they disappeared. And being in high school, not many of my friends like R5. I mean yeah, my friends were supportive because they knew I loved them but they didn't care about them much. My older friend Cara was pretty much the only other person that is as supportive as Lily, she's actually the reason I know who they are. She has been my best friend since we were in grade school but our friendship was always hard because she is older than me and we didn't get to see each other all that much. Right as the bell rang we belted out the last few notes to I Know You Got Away. Lily and I walked out of the bathroom.

"We are so close to being done with school and yet the teachers still feel the need to teach. Like, I have a bio test next Thursday because Mr. Avery just loves to ruin my life." I huffed. This is our senior year and it's almost over yet summer seems so far away. I don't get why half the teachers still insist on learning and half of them gave up weeks ago. Why can't they all just say, hey, let's give them a break for once. We turned the corner from the bathroom hallway and started walking down the English corridor.

"Kylie, do you think you could do me a favor?" I turned around when I heard my English teacher, Mr. Kettering, ask me something.

"Sure. What do you need me to do?"

"There's a student who's going to enroll here next year but he came early so he could meet with all the his teachers about summer work and stuff. Would you mind showing him around a little bit? He seems slightly lost." he explained. I nodded and asked where the kid was. He motioned to his room so Lily and I walked over. I felt my eyes go wide when I saw him.
