Ugh today was my first day at a new school . I shut of my alarm which was going off nonstop making me more agitated . I rolled out of bed and sighed . I stood up and walked to my bathroom . "Gabriella it's your first day get up don't want to be late. eh ". That's my brother Logan he's my not just my brother but my best friend, my rock were two peas in a pod . "I'm up Logan " . I took a quick shower I grabbed my towel and dried off . I took my damp hair out of its towel . My hair is naturally curly I usually straighten it but for my first day i didn't . I walked into my room
and looked everywhere for something to wear . Finally I found a cute blouse it was floral print . I slid on my black skinny jeans and put on some socks . I wore my white converses i guess I looked fine . To top it off I wore two pieces of jewelry. First was a necklace that had my name engraved on it in incursive . Second was this charm bracelet. I grabbed my book bag and headed downstairs. "Morning Gabriella " . "Buenos Dias " I said . I was Hispanic on my moms side of the family but when my mom moved here and met my dad I never met my moms family . For my dad he was white and had some Portuguese . My full name is Gabriella Simone Zayna Monrose . I'm 16 and im 5ft so short I thought to myself." So you excited for your new school ". "Mom is anyone ever excited over school ". "You got a point "she said as she came to sit with me while I ate . "It's just that I know how school can be for you I just want to be comfor- . " I know your just looking out for me it's okay mom ". I picked up my phone it's 7:10 and school starts at 8:00 . "Mom you ready it's 7:10 and I need to get my schedule and stuff ". Me and my mom got in we started sing along to the tunes on the radio. My mom was my everything to me . When I needed a hug she was there, when I needed a smile she put one on my face when I wasn't happy she made it all better . Before I knew it we pulled up to the school . "Well this is it "I said as I grabbed my book bag . My mom shouted an "I love you baby girl" out the so now the school much knew about that . Wait to go mom !
