Strange Love

Your POV:

I remember when I was new to Iwatobi High, I soon joined the swim team as the second manager. That's when I met Rin, that is now my boyfriend.
   
    I walk through the halls of Iwatobi High, rethinking of how Rin and I met. Of course I remember almost everything about what happened. I smile at the thought. It was my first day in my new school and immediately I signed up for the swimming team when I heard of it by some students talking. I  was put as the second manager of the team. Couple days later Gou asks me to join her with meeting up with her brother. I gave her a small nod and was already dragged away with her to Rin's school.

*****Time Skip to Rin's School*****  

Once we reached the gates of his school, the first words I read were "Samezuka Academy".
"Hm? You can wait out here if you want (Y/N)-chan." Gou said and let my arm go.
I didn't really want to be left here myself so i just shook my head. Also, it seemed fun if I could actually look inside. "I'll follow you around, I don't want to be here all by myself," I smiled at her.
Gou nodded, "Then let's go!" She said cheerfully as she pointed to the building. She walked into the school, she let a small sigh out.
"He should be out of class soon," Gou said to herself as she looked around before walking up the stairs. Gou stopped near a classroom and leans against the wall. The bell soon rang a while later.
Rin soon walked out the door with his bag swung over his shoulder. Gou pushed herself off the wall and walks up to him. "Hm! What took you so long!" Gou said in a whiny voice. Rin sighs and scratches the back of his head.
"Well, no one told you to come so early," he mumbled.
I glanced up at the two of them. Rin's red eyes quickly meeting mine. Gou glances around for a second before smiling.
"I have to see the swim team here!" She said happily before walking away. "Abs and triceps...."Gou mumbled as she made her way down the hall.
I turned to face her. "E-eh! Aren't supposed to....." Before I could finish she was already gone. I sighed and looked down at my feet.
It was pretty awkward, being with Rin myself. I still never gave him a proper greeting once I met him. Rin didn't even chase after her. He just leaned back against the wall. I felt his eyes looking at me.
I slowly lift my head up. Rin quickly turned his head away with a light blush on his face.
"U-um.....I'm (y/n)......it's nice to meet you." I said shyly before bowing.
"I'm Rin...i'm guessing my sister dragged you here with her" He never really looked back at me, but his face did remain a bright red. I lightly laugh and nods, it wasn't so hard for me to talk to him really. I wasn't as shy too.
"Well i kind of followed her actually, I didn't really mind" A small grin appears on his face as he glanced at me.
"I see." My phone suddenly started to ring. I pulled it out to only see Gou had already walked back home, forgetting why she was actually at Rin's school in the first place. I let out a sigh and another message appeared, telling us to meet back at her house.
"Gou walked home without us and told us to just meet her back at your guys' house" i say with a sigh before putting my phone away. Rin sighs
"This wasn't the first time.I'll walk you home first..." He mumbled before walking down the hall. I followed behind him as we walked out of the building.
***Time Skip To My House***
The whole way we walked, we got to know each other pretty well. We talked about some stupid stuff and our schools and things like that. We reach the entrance of my house.
"Well it was nice meeting you" he said with a smile. I nod and returned the smile.
    "It really was huh." Rin's face turned back to a light shade of red as he covered his face a bit, trying to hide it.
    "M-maybe we can do this again, maybe tomorrow?..." I started to lightly blushed before nodding.
    "That sounds like that should be fun" His face turned a bit darker from my response.
    "T-Then ill see ya" He waved bye to me as i walked back into my house. Ever since then, we've been hanging out a lot after school. We would go buy some food or play some games at an arcade. Then the day came when he finally confessed to me.
    It was pretty cheesy actually but it was still sweet, I took that moment to confess my feeling also. Then we started to go out, nothing really changed between us actually. And that brings us to this very day....

The Present
I wait outside for Rin near the gates, remembering all of this with a cheesy smile on my face. I lean against the wall, keeping my eyes down at my feet. Rin slowly walks up to the gates and catches me standing there and smiles.
"Whats up with that cheese smile huh" I quickly look up at him and shakes my head and walking over to him.
"just remembering on how we met that's all" Rin wraps his arm around my shoulders and leans his head on mine.
"hm. It was pretty weird wasnt it" He said with a small chuckle before starting to walk. I nod and glances up at him.
"but I still liked it anyways" I lightly laugh and looks down at my feet.
"Hm, let's go to your place to watch a movie or something. I just wanna cuddle you~" He teased as he rubs his cheek on mines.
"e-eh?!" i let a light sigh out before puffing my cheeks out and slightly blushing.
    "F-Fine....that works for me" I mumble, too flustered to speak up.
    "R-Really?! that was a joke (y/n)!" Rin said in a surprised tone. My face turns dark red out of embarrassment.
    "T-Then nevermind Rin!! wha! don't do that to mee!" I cover my face, trying to hide my dark blush. He pats my head and laughs.
    "Nope!~ too late!" He said childishly before taking the turn that takes us to my house.
    "Hmmm! Whatever!" I shout in a muffled voice.
