Chapter 30: A New Start

James's POV:

Kate is all mine now. I have been waiting to feel her lips since day 1, and now she is mine. I can't believe Sid believed Amanda. The team and I are so mad at him for dumping Kate and taking Amanda. Sid had asked her to stay for the rest of Kate's party. We insisted that Amanda should leave, but Sid wouldn't listen to anyone. He was mad we were all on Kate's side and that no one agreed with him for breaking up with Kate. But I was so happy to hold her in my arms. Her every touch sent chills down my spine, and I was so happy to hear that she loved me. "I love you so much!" I whisper to her.

"I love you too!" she said as she kissed my cheek. Pascal started to tell a ghost story and the entire team sat bundled up under blankets and were drinking coffee to try and keep warm, but I had Kate. We sat together curled up under a blanket. She set her head on my chest and moved closer. I was so happy with her, I wrapped my arms around her and she smiled. The story did start to get a little scary, but it didn't bother me, but Kate was shacking.

"Shh, it's ok, I'm here." I say as I pull her close. As soon as she moved closer to me she calmed down. "I won't let anyone hurt you." I whisper. She smiles and she shivers and takes a sip of my coffee. She didn't want coffee but I told her if I got some she had to share it with me and she agreed. She put the cup back on the table next us and she pulled the blanket over our heads. She smiled and begins to lean in. I smile and brush my lips against hers. Her lips are so sweet and I can't get enough of them. I deepen the kiss. She wraps her arms around my neck and plays with my hair. She softly bites on my lip and I moan I pleasure. She is a great kisser. She pulls away to catch her breath and I do the same. She puts her forehead on mine and smiles. This is the happiest I have seen her in a long time. She leans back in.

Amanda's POV:

I kept my eye on Kate. I notice that she pulled the blanket over her and Neal's head, so I decide to do the same with Sid. At firth he looks at me like I am crazy but he soon catches on. I have to say Kate is right, I don't love him, I love his money. I pull away to catch my breath and I play with his hair.

"Right Amanda?" I hear someone say my name. I poke my head out from under the blanket and all eyes are me.

"What?" I snap.

"We were just talking about training and we asked if you were going." Pascal says in a snappy way.

"Oh, yep I will be there to watch Sid." I smirk. Everyone rolls there eyes. Sid gets up.

"I am going to get more coffee, want anything babe?" he asks.

"No I'm good but thanks." I say as I kiss him. I watch as he walks into the house and that's when I snap. "I don't know what all you're problems are, but nock it off! I am Sid's girlfriend now and there is nothing you guys can do to change that so suck it up!" I look over to Kate and I see fire in her eyes. Neal doesn't look that happy either.

"I don't know what you're problem is Amanda, but all eyes will be on you from now on and one wrong move and you're out! Understood?" Kate snaps.

"You wouldn't do anything to me!" I scream and everyone rolls there eyes at me.

"And just saying, this party was to celebrate Kate winning Grand Champion at World Finials and you ruined it for her by taking Sid and crashing the party!" Neal snaps. Sid walks back out and I start to fake cry and I run to him. "The team is being mean to me!" I cry into his chest.

"It's ok babe." he says as he kisses my forehead. "Let me handle them." he whispers to me. "Guys I don't know what you have against Amanda, but stop being so mean. What has she done to you?" he snaps. Kate goes to open her mouth but then buries her head in Neal's chest. No one says a word. All they guys look like they are about to kill me. Sid and I sit back down, I see that Neal has Kate wrapped him his arms. So I have Sid do the same. Neal gives me a dirty look and I smirk at him.
