Feel your lungs expand in your chest.
Filling with air;
With life.
Imagine the light.
The light that is your breath.
Growing with your inhale,
As you push forward.
Feel with the tips of your fingers;
The life that is before you.
All the possibilities,
And the milestones ahead.
Feel your head burst with opportunity.
And your heart with love that awaits.
The life before you;
Make it a beautiful one.
So put one foot in front of the other.
Move forward.

Breathe.
