Lyn Hall's POV - Afterlife
The figures wavered before me, like an old television as I watched Kol and Colton emerge into the world with shouts of 'No.' Kol growled with utter anger, as he and Colton shouted in a blur of madness. I licked my lips, a sad smile tugging at the corners as they flipped tables and destroyed the Mystic Falls grill where the once rested. The building strangely scarce of any inhabitants, not that they took notice as they suddenly stormed out.
"I'm going to kill myself, and then go and give her a piece of my mind." Colton growled as he made to storm off, only to have Kol grab the back of his t-shirt.
"No. I too am angry with her but she gave us her life and we shall avenge it." Colton's face screwed up, before his tensed muscles released. With a slight nod of dismissal he began to stalk off, Kol walking steadily behind him.

I felt drawn to see how the events played out after my death, well it was important after all. With a quick re-route of destination I found myself outside of the church, the moonlight casting little light, making it even harder to see.
Although I clearly saw Derek, his sleek black fur reflecting the moons rays as his eyes shone a brilliant blue. I watched in awe as he leapt upon Kate who stood shocked and unprepared for the significant change in Derek's transformation. He mauled her, bringing her to the ground as his teeth sunk into flesh.
The gun fire ceased to exist as everyone watched onwards. Kate screams of pain loud in my ears as she tried to crawl away from the fierce beast that Derek had become. Derek stood tall, as he shifted back into his human form. Very much naked, his cold eyes looking down on the weakened woman.
"Yo-you were dead." Kate gasped, as she used her arms for support.
"No, I was evolving." Derek said, a trace of a smile outlining his lips. "Something you'll never do."
A Berserker stood to attention in an act to protect Kate, but with a new found strength Derek dodged the attack with ease, bringing his hands up to rest on the skull of the beast. And just as Scott had done, tore it two. Kate stood up frightened, and tried to run.
But I watch silently as Argent shot Kate, his own sister to the ground. "Chris," she whimpered, as he looked down upon her with a saddened expression. He lowered his gun allowing her to escape. Before running after her, holding his injured side with one grasp and his gun with the other.

"She's not waking up!" Stiles yelled, shaking my still body, as if it was the remedy to death. Scott gently placed a hand over his shoulder providing little comfort as the pack surrounded my corpse.
"She's gone Stiles," Scott said slowly.
"No!" Stiles roared in response, "She's not, she'll wake up. And she'll be fine, sure a bit homicidal and crazy, but she'll be fine. Just fine." He whispered too himself, as he wiped furiously at is eyes. Scott refused to make the regrettable decision of giving Stiles hope and instead backed away.
Braeden shed a few tears as she cuddled into Derek's bare torso. Derek's eyes gleamed with unleashed tears, his face void of emotion as he looked down upon my slowly decaying body. "She knew I'd live." He whispered, his eyebrows knitting together. "I heard her."
"She once said that she'd put other's lives before her own, because they deserved to live. Because they deserved to be happy." Braeden whispered.
"She saved Aiden, and Ethan." Scott stated.
Liam's face was scrunched up in disbelief as he held my hand. "She lost her mother, her brother, her pack, her love, her happiness, her entire life." Liam stated. Shaking his head to keep the tears at bay.
"She might still come back, I mean how many times did she tell us Hell didn't want her." Malia joked, as everyone chuckled quietly.
Araya shook her head as Argent stood besides her. "Ella era una luchadora." [She was a fighter.]
"She killed my daughter." Argent stated as he eyed my body that lay slumped on the deserted road. I licked my lips, hoping her return would leave me forgiven. "There's enough wolfsbane to keep Peter down for the trip back. But be careful." He looked upon Scott, his eyes slowly casting over my body with apprehension.
"You're really going with them?" Scott asked motioning to the Calaveras that littered the space in front of the church. "I made a deal with the Calaveras weeks ago, to leave you alone. All of you. But only if I help them catch Kate."
"What if you can't?" Kira asked, whilst she stood besides Scott. Stiles, Liam and Malia resting besides my body.
"I'll find her. Someone has to." He looked once more at my body, and with a shake of his head he muttered. "You said you'd protect her."
"She saved us all, more times than I can count alright!" Stiles yelled upon hearing his words. "She was family and even if she was crazy, and did stupid things, who doesn't? I loved her like a sister, and she didn't deserve to have this happen to her!" Stiles began to cry loudly, as the sun rose higher. The light illuminating my body, skin pale white, clothes wet with blood.
Malia grabbed Stiles by the shoulders, lifting him up and away from my body before pulling him into a hug. Scott, Kira and Liam stood besides them as Derek and Braeden moved to the cruiser. And everyone else slowly moved to there own form of transports. Scott picking up my body to place it in the boot. How original. I smirked, a light chuckle escaping my lips, I wonder where they'll dump me.

Stiles arrived safely, as he and Malia emerged in the Sheriff's department where a worried Sheriff sat. He immediately engulfed Stiles in a hug. "Dad you smell terrible." Stiles remarked softly.
"Yup you do too." John replied clapping his son on the back.
John opened his arms inviting Malia into a group hug with a smile smile. Malia joined slowly before they pulled apart once more. "I'm so glad you're both safe." John said with a smile. "Wait, where's Evelyn?" he asked, as Stiles face screwed up in pain. John noticing this reaction immediately dropped his smile.
"Ev-Evelyn's gone Dad."
"Gone as in? On a camping trip." John suggested, with a painfully sad expression.
"Gone as is gone." Stiles cried out, as John too broke down. The two men held each other in tight embraces as the tears fell freely. My Uncle and cousin crying in the confined space of John's office, while Malia shuffled on her feet. I didn't want to leave them, sure I'd been terrible to them, leaving and lying constantly in an act to protect them, yet they still loved me.
I was a survivor, but if surviving mean't the deaths of my friends. Then surviving wasn't an option.
