The easy part!
So the hair is easy just draw a bunch or lines to make it seem curly
Draw the eyes
And a smile or a frown if ya want.
Draw a pattern in the top, I just did lines but you can do what ever ya want.
Last bit!
You don't have to but draw a line for the shoes, I don't like to do that but yeah
