The next morning at school, Zach and Liv are nervous to tell their friends about what happened. They don't know if they'll respond in a positive way or negative way. Most likely in a negative way, but who knows or cares, Zach texts her, like he always says when other people make fun of them together, especially their friends Abby and Hannah. After a while of not texting, Zach texts back and he says "I'll see you in Scharf's class, Liv. I love you. Bye." And as soon as Liv hears the beep she runs over to her phone from her closet, just like she does whenever he texts her. "okay I love you too bye." She replies, and goes back to deciding what to wear. In Zach's mind, the least thing he cares about is what other people will think of their kiss. In Liv's mind, the thing she is worrying about is how much her friends will embarrass her in front of him. When they get to school, they don't see each other in person, but they see each other in their minds every second until they see each other in 2nd period. They sit down next to each other in their seats, and they don't even notice the people around them, they only notice each other. At lunch, Liv's friend Kat sits with them, along with Josh, Hannah, Abby, and Hope. Liv whispers to Kat "I have something important to tell you." And before Liv can even say anything else Kat shrieks at the top of her lungs, "You two kissed I knew it I knew it I knew it!"
