Tears Dry On Their Own {Draco Malfoy}

Chapter 6

“Draco… you know her?” Bellatrix asked in disbelief. He nodded slowly and looked down upon his feet. “You never told us?” She asked walking around him in circles.

“I didn’t know…” He said. Mrs. Malfoy looked back and forth between us and came to a decision.

“Lucius, Bella. I think that we should give them sometime alone to catch up on things.” She said. Bellatrix walked away with her sister and brother-in-law leaving just Scorpius, Malfoy, and me.

“How… How are you doing?” He asked after a long silence.

“Fine.” I said, not caring what he felt anymore.

“He… he’s my son?” he asked again. As much as it pained me to do so, I had to tell him the truth.

“Yes.” I said quietly. Suddenly Malfoy was full of Anger and Rage.

“YOU MEAN I’VE HAD A SON FOR TWO YEARS AND YOU NEVER TOLD ME!WHAT WAS UP WITH YOU?” He yelled. Scorpius held onto me tighter.

“Yes.” I said, not caring how he felt towards the matter.

“Why?” He asked his anger slowly melting away.

“Because you left me. Don’t you remember?” I asked him. Obviously he wouldn’t remember, probably had his eyes set on another girl anyways.

“Of Course I do!” He yelled, I wasn’t listening to anything he said, I knew the answer already.

“See I knew you wouldn’t rem- Wait did you say you did remember?” I asked him.

“Yes.” He said.

“Mommy… who is that?” Scorpius asked whispering into my ear and pointing at Draco. I sighed.

“That thing is your Daddy.” I told him. He light up instantly.

“You mean that person is my Daddy?” He asked again. I Nodded.

“Yes.” I said again regretting telling him all of a sudden. Scorpius suddenly jumped out from my arms and ran over to Malfoy hugging him instantly. Malfoy’s face was in shock but then finally managed to get his head straight, he wrapped his arms around him instantly.

“Mr. Can I call you Daddy?” Scorpius asked as he pulled out of Malfoy’s Grasp. Malfoy smiled weakly.

“Yes.” He said. Scorpius smiled again and hugged him. I smiled as I saw the Happiness in my Son’s eyes.
