"On my way, on my way , on my way down...."

I woke up to my phone ringing. Damn it's only 7 am, who could this be? Oh damn, I forgot today is the first day of school. My mom came in to make sure I got up to get ready.

I got up, took a quick shower, and wet my hair to reactivate my curls. I then got dressed in a spaghetti strap, flowy crop top, and a white mini. I began rummaging through my closet looking for my Cool Grey 9's, but I couldn't find them so I settled for my Concord 11's.

I grabbed a bagel from the kitchen and headed to Starbucks to grab my morning coffee, in my Glacier White, metallic Audi S8.

As I sit at the stoplight jamming to 'Panoramic', out of nowhere I hear a horn honk. I turn to look in the lane to my left and there sits this basic ass Honda with two guys waving at me. I turn off my music and roll down my window to see what they want, it's obvious they were trying to hit on me. Then as one starts to speak the light turns green and I drive off.

When I get to Starbucks I notice that these bum ass niggas followed me. Damn, they switched lanes and everything. "What's up mama?" one said. "Umm.. Hi I guess," I said. "You guess? Nah it's either hi or bye miss lady." he said. "Umm, No. It's gonna be I guess like I said. Who are you to tell me what to say?" I replied. "He's Paul. I'm Zack." the other one said. "You're new around here mama. Where you from?" he asked. "How do you know that?" I questioned. "We know everybody. There's not a soul we can't name. And we didn't know you so we just assumed you were new. We hate being in the dark about things. But you must be our boy Will's new neighbor." he answered. "First of all who in the hell is Will," I giggled. "And second why are you worried about me, I'll be the first soul that you don't know kay." I smiled. "Damn it's like that ma? At least tell me if we'll be attending the same school? Are you going to Palisades Charter High School?" he asked. "It's Angelique, and oh my gosh I have to deal with you at school too? I'm just joking." I laughed. "You seem cool. I hope we have classes together or some shit like that. Hope I get assigned to you for the new student tour instead of some freshman." he said. "I'd rather get toured by the freshman," I said. "Oh that's cold." he replied. "Honestly, I'm too hot to be cold actually." I flirted. "Haha, you're funny." he laughed. I personally didn't think I was funny. I was being serious. "Nothing was funny, but I have to get my drink before I be late." I told them. "Well see you in school, and uh. Will is over that way." Zack said pointing to a white boy with curly brown hair and stunning blue eyes sitting by the window. "Would you like for me to buy your drink?" Paul asked. Aww that's sweet. "Venti Caramel Macchiato with extra caramel. Kay love?" I grinned. "Expensive taste. I like that." Zack said. Paul just walked inside to order my drink. "It's not that expensive, expensive is my purse." I replied motioning to my red Louis Vuitton alma bag. He laughed.

"Looks like Paul is back with your drink. We should all be headed to school now before we're late." Zack said. "Not so fast" another voice interjected. "What's up Will?" Zack said as he dapped him out. "Heading to school, but first I wanted to see who this pretty lady is." Will repiled. "Oh,this is Angel." Zack commented. "Actually, her name is Angelique." Paul interjected. "I'm pretty sure I know my name," I teased. "Cute. Well, I'm William. But my niggas call me Will." Will chimed in. "I'm definitely not a nigga, so what can I call you?" I interrupted. "You can call me daddy if you like." he laughed. "I gotchu papi," I teased. "Enough flirting you two we have school to get to." Paul interjected. "Somebody's bitter" Zack snickered. "Butter? Like buttering biscuits?"I questioned. "Nah, bitter. As in B-I-T-T-E-R. Like mad as hell." Will laughed. "Don't spell shit out to me, this isn't a chant. We aren't cheering. Like ready OKAY?"I cheer. "A cheerleader eh? You trying out? You can come cheer for daddy." Will chuckled. "Correction ex-cheerleader," I added. "Why? You can still cheer love. I think you'd be a great look on the team. One quit and they need someone in her place." Will hinted. "I wouldn't look great on the team, I would be the team. Trust!" I exclaimed. "Well try out then." He retorted.
