"What the heck" I said as I looked around thinking, maybe it's someone else's. I saw Jason in it as soon as I walked up to it, I didn't even see him go into it.

"This is just the place I was thinking of making," Jason mumbled just enough for we could hear. I walked to it and grasped the doorway and tried to shake it, like I said before, sturdy and strong, and I was right.

Once I entered it was like a house. There I saw coat hangers on 1 side and a bench on the other side. I walked in to see 3 spiders scamper away from their webs and into the dark corners. 4 cockroaches sprang into action as Jason and I walked through to the 'living room'. There were 6 bean bag chairs and 2 windows with black curtains on them. To the right was another room, this one had, what seam to be more of a kitchen feel. The were counters all around the 2 sides and the the other side had large cabinets there was also a back door that had a latch and it was locked with 2 pad locks. Me and Jason walked out the backdoor and saw another door which had a girly flower on 1 side and on the other boyish truck. There was a note taped on the door. It read:

Dear lovely brother,                           July, 18, 1924
I will not be able to make to our 'meeting' today. I know that I have missed the last 8 but you still have your 4 friends that I know are coming. I can't come this time because Mary asked me to come over and finish our homework together and also because June will be coming home from school with me and you know how much she doesn't like you. I promise that I will do your house chores for a weak.
I love you John, Ashley,

"This letter was rote in 1924 this year is 2016. That was........along time ago. Jason said when he read the letter.

"Yeah that was 91 years ago," I said

We picked up the door and quickly dropped it just feet away to see all the bugs that had made a house under it. I stayed my distance as Jason went to examine them closer. He picked up a worm and offered it to me, I took it and watched try to wiggle away. That was the only thing I would touch. He picked up a centipede held it for a minute then put it down and picked up spider that he knew was not harmful. We put our things on the ground and watched them run free and then we picked the door up and set it to the side of the fort. Jason got a stick and started to clean out the spiderwebs. He also cleared anything else that was gross.

"So are we gonna use this place," Jason said, I didn't even hear him come out.

"Wha.....what?" I replied.

"I asked if we were going to use this place, as our fort and stuff," he asked again.

"Well, I don't know, it might be someone else's and we just don't want to take it." I said

"True, very true,"

"Do you still have the cameras that dad got you for the trees"

"Yeah, why"

"Place them in this tree," I pointed to a birch, "and this one," another birch,"and we can watch to see if someone comes to the place and does stuff in it like it is theirs. If not in a week, we will improve it and use it as ours."

I looked at my phone for the time. 4:04pm.

"It's only 4, we could run back, change the batteries in them, get them up and running and get my phone to record the video, then latter we can zoom through and see if we see anything, like a person,"

"Or a ghost," we giggled

That's what we did. It took us 15 minutes to find them and 10 minutes to set them up all the way with my phone.

"Now what?" Jason asked

"I don't know, what do you want to do," I asked him

"Mom said we could decorate our rooms the way we wanted to, so let's do that."

"Alright, I still need to have a plan and all we have in them is our beds."

"Well, come on then sis!"

"Race?"

"Yes please, on go, 1....2....3....GO!

We raced down those trails just as fast as we could. We didn't care if we messed a few tracks up. This was the first trail race at the new house. I felt like my legs were on fire and I had to put it them out. We came to the fork in the trail and I expected us to go to the left but instead Jason went to the right and I was left on the left of that trail thinking he was going to lose. I saw the end of the trail just in front of me. I sprinted to the front deck like we always finish our races. Jason was already standing there with his breath all caught while I was standing there huffing and puffing.

"How did you....get here......so fast?" I spit out the words trying to breathe.

"Oh that other trail is shorter," he motioned us to go inside and we did.

Once inside, Jason grabbed us both a bottle of water. I opened it and took the longest drink then went to check on Emily. She was just fine so I left her room went 2 doors over to Jason's room and saw him getting his things in order. I went to my room between his and Emily's and did the same thing. I had no clue what color to paint it so as I went to sit in the corner that my favorite saucer chair was going to be. My first softball I have ever gotten was there. I kick it out of the. Bang! It the wall super loud. I go check on mom, still asleep, then Emily, still asleep, then went back to my room wondering how it the wall so hard. I had just tapped it and it went shooting to the wall.
