I know its been a really long time since i last logged in my activities? (if that makes any sense LOL)
Anyway, today's the first day of the month and i currently weigh 59 kg (131 lbs) and still stand at 161 cm (5'3 ft)
I've lost approximately 2 kg (4 lbs) and it wasn't intentional, tbh its all because of my new routine I've been following at the moment.
So since I'm still a student, everything is accustomed around it LOL
During weekdays (Mon-Fri)
In the mornings I get up at around 7:00 (give of take a few minutes obviously) and I do all my morning necessities brushing my teeth, taking a shower etc.
Right after that I like to do some stretches-and when I say stretches I honestly mean basic stretches LOL. Soo, reaching for the sky, touching your toes are what I do.
From there I just go and get my breakfast, which is a smoothie. I usually have frozen strawberries mixed with lychee juice inside since I dont drink milk. I rarely eat lunch at school because I come home around 2:30 pm But I do take some snacks, a juice box and a bottle of water.
By the time I come back home, depending on what my mom makes I selectively choose what I'd eat. Ever since I've started watching this youtuber (Freelee The Banana Girl) I've literally scared myself into not eating dairy products and meat.
Thus the reason to why I've lost 4 kg. I'm not even lying.
Anyways after my lunch/dinner, I go and do my homework and depending on how early or late I finish, I like to walk for 5 minutes or more on the treadmill, when I'm done.
From there I go upstairs to my room and I literally just do squats depending on the time. Like if it was 9 or 10 I'd do them before I go to bed. And then on my bed I do 80 leg lifts on each leg and also I attempt 80 sit ups too (The least I do is 20)
And yeah that basically it LOOL
