This is how it all started, with you being interested with monsters, wanting to find out more about them. You heard there was a way to meet some! So you just couldn't risk passing up the opportunity. There was a legend that among the hills and mountains, there was a special mountain called Mt. Ebott, in this mountain there was an entrance into a place where it is said no human has escaped alive.
However, did you care for this risk? Nahhhh, You've been waiting to have an adventure! You also read somewhere that long ago there was once a time that the monsters lived on the surface, but a war broke out. Leaving the monsters banished away in the underground, as humans were victorious most forgot about them. The few that remembered wanted ever so badly to do something but couldn't. But you, you were different from them you could do something, and you did.
