"Are you sure you want to meet my grams? She is a remarkable women. But if it's too soon you can meet her another time"
"Carter in the last two weeks I have met your father and mother and have almost been killed by your father. I think I am good to meet your grams"
"Okay then" we walked to the front door from the car and went to my uncle and auntys house. This place was huge and I love it so much.
"Hello my beautiful niece"
"Hey Aunty Mara" my Aunty is my mums best friend and her sister in law, how cool is that honestly.
"Where are the boys today?"
"Out doing boy stuff with Scott."
"Oh thank god, anyways Aunty Mara, this is my boyfriend Christian."
"Nice to meet you, Carter talks fondly of you so much."
"That's nice. She has mentioned you a few times too and it's nice to finally put a name to the face. Where's mum Carter?"
"She's in the car getting Maddison. Where's grams?"
"She's in the theatre room, she doesn't look too good sweets. Go and see her" I kissed my Aunty on the cheek and went to see my grandmother. This women raised two kids on her own until she met poppy Stan.
"Hey grams, it's me Carter. How you doing?"
"Hello sweetie" I wanted to cry so much right now, she doesn't look good at all, she looks broken. So very broken.
"Grams, this is Christian. He is my boyfriend" she looked at him and smiled. That smile soon turned into a frown.
"Kade?"
"No grams, Christian."
"You look like Kade"
"Christian, what's she talking about? Who's Kade?"
"I have no idea. Mrs Smith I'm Christian"
"You look like Kade, Taylor's ex boyfriend from many years ago" I have no idea who she is talking about and it's started to freak me out.
"We will leave you to your show grams, I will come and see you before we leave" I bent down and kissed my dear grandmother on the cheek and left.
"That was weird. I wonder who Kade is."
"I'm lost."
I hate saying goodbye to my grandmother, it hurts and I hate seeing her like this. She use to be so happy and full of love but since her and Poppy Stan split she's just so heart broken without him and it breaks my heart to see her like this.
It wasn't until we were back home that I decided to ask mum about this mysterious man that grams was talking about.
"Mum, who's Kade?"
"What? Why?"
"Because when I took Christian in to see grams she kept on saying something about some man named Kade and it had us both lost." the colour drained from my mothers face and I could tell she's going to have an anxiety attack or something.
"Mum? You don't have to answer it's okay. I just wanted to know"
"Kade was someone who I thought I loved before I met your father. It's Hannah's brother. When I was pregnant with you and your dad was working away, he almost killed me while you were still in my stomach." Woah... that's pretty full on and he sounds like a psycho.
"What did dad do about it when he came home from work?"
"Well Kade was in police custody for a few days then he went back to America. I had never seen him again since then. Hannah didn't feel safe over there so she moved here and lived with us until I fell pregnant with your brother. None of us have seen him since."
"Mum I'm sorry, I didn't mean to bring him up and bring up your past. I just wanted to know who this stranger was. I'm so sorry"
"Carter it's fine, you couldn't have possibly known." I looked at my mothers face and my heart broke all over again, she almost died while she was carrying me and only because she had once fallen for someone she thought she loved. What if I have fallen for the wrong guy and I end up like that but worse?
"Carter baby, are you still freaked about that guy?"
"Of corse I am. He almost killed mum while she was carrying me. What if we had both died that day?"
"But look, you didn't and you are safe from him because I am here to love and protect you. I will never let anyone hurt you Carter for as long as I am around" His words, they felt like more real to me this time.
"Christian do you actually mean that? Because I don't want to fall for you only to end up broken in the end again because I can't take that pain anymore. I have honestly started to fall in love with you and it hurts me to think you could leave me again. I love seeing you with Xavia, he's really started to like you but Maddison, she thinks I'll love you more then her. But seriously you have impacted my life majorly and my family have grown to like you so if something happens and you leave me again for good this time, no one and I mean no one will forgive you" I could feel tears burning in my eyes so I tried to blink them away but one ran down my cheek.
"Don't cry baby, I hate seeing you cry. I won't leave you and I promise you I won't. I have fallen for you and I never thought I would, it's crazy how much I am in love with you Carter. I will never ever forgive myself for hurting you, I would take a bullet for you because you're worth it. You were worth waiting for Carter and now I will never leave your side because I love you so much." There they are, those words I needed and wanted to hear from him.
"I love you too" I grabbed his face with my two hands and kissed him like my life depended on it.
"Christian?"
"Yes Carter?"
"Love me like you say you do, prove to me how much you love me and how much you need me. I want you to show me."
"Carter baby, we will need more then just one night for me to prove how much you mean to me and how much I will always need you."
"Then for tonight just show me how much you want me. I want you so much right now Christian. I love you"
He started kissed down my neck and biting at my neck making me moan and grown, turning me on majorly.
"Babe I can't wait anymore. Now or never"
"Carter what's the rush? I'm not going anywhere for a while. Just take this slow baby, nice and slow"

"Slow" he continued the sweet torture that he was giving to me even though it was only little it felt like a lot. I wanted him and needed him now more than I have before. It's only been a couple of weeks but it doesn't take long for someone to fall for someone else and I have fallen pretty hard for him.
