I hear the sound of my alarm clock ring at 6 am, most people would not consider that a pleasant sound, a sound that reminds them that they have to get up and ready to go to their 'hell hold' of a school, well not me.
That sound makes me feel awake and alive. Unlike most people I actually enjoyed learning things at school. Out of everything I've done, school has been the only thing I've been good at, and my marks at school were the only other thing that people recognised about me, besides my last name.
I get up, and get ready, then I head downstairs for breakfast in my huge house.
Instead of breakfast, I grab some fruit and head out into the humid LA air. School was only a 5 minute walk from my house, I love having the opportunity to just absorb my surrounding while in deep thought. I usually have to deal with paparazzi outside my house in the mornings since they discovered where I live.
This was the first time in over a week that there hasn't been some creepy guy hiding in a bush, stalking me with his camera as I walk to school.
It's actually quite scary to be honest, you never get used to that type of lifestyle especially when you don't deserve it. I'm not a singer and I'm not an actor, I'm just Freddie Tomlinson, that teenage boy that sits in the back of his class, reading.
I got to school and headed directly to my locker to collect my books. I opened the creaky door and saw the picture I gazed at every day, It was the picture of my family and I at Universal Studios.
I was about 10 when we traveled there. We had so much fun, and my parents didn't fight once. That was my favourite picture of us as my mom and dad were both there that day, despite them not being a couple. It was as if we were a normal family going on a normal vacation.
Out of the corner of my eye I see Skye walk into the school building, she was the most annoying person I've ever met, and she was heading my way.
She re-applied her bright red lipstick like she did whenever she saw me. I internally cringed, she tries so hard to get people to like her it's actually sad. She's always had a 'crush' on me since the first day of high school, since she discovered who I was, I know she just wants me for the wealth and fame. Before she knew I was 'famous' she never noticed me.
''Hey baby,'' Skye said standing next to me.
"Bye," I shut my locker and slung my bag over my shoulder.
She grabbed my arm,"wait! what are you doing this afternoon?"
"I-" I began but she cut my off.
"I was wondering if you'd come watch me at cheerleading today? it'll be fun, I promise," she Interrupted.
Ugh cheerleading. Could this get any worse?
"No, sorry I have an assignment to do, today," I smiled fakely trying my best to be nice but she really ticked me off.
''I don't understand how a guy as hot, rich and famous as you would, bother to complete assignments let alone even attend school'' she stated sassily.
I laughed under my breathe at her reply, and started to walk away.
"See ya," she waved behind me frantically trying to get me to notice her. But I really didn't care about her at all. She was so fake, I just wished someone just liked me for me and not my family.
