Chapter 5: I quit

I woke up on Saturday the Saturday which means my date with Ashley was tonight.
I just laid in bed and watched movies until it was time to get ready. I put on a sun dress with my red converse and curled my hair. I straightened my glasses then went downstairs and waited for Ashley.
***Ashley took Abby on a picnic then horseback riding.***
"So, are you going on Warped Tour with us?" Ashley asked
"I dont know, probably so I can quit my job at Sears. I hate it there" I replied
"Well, it starts in 3 weeks ya know"
"Yes Ashy I know. Now I'll race you home" I said jumping on my house

I eventually won and put the horse back into the stable.
"So, Abby, I'm leaving tomorrow morning to finish this tour and I won't see you for 2 whole weeks" Ashley said
"I know but I honestly don't think I'll take the job, I mean I have a job at Sears." I said
"But you hate it I know you do"
"Purdy, I'll think about it"
"Fine, fine"

After that he dropped me off at home and I seriously thought about it. This is an amazing opportunity I need to take it so I called Ryan, my boss.
"Hey Ryan um I quit so I'll pick up my stuff tomorrow"
"Alright Abby but are you sure?"
"Of course I am" I hung up and smiled because I wasn't gonna tell Ashley I quit he can figure that out himself on the first day of Warped.....
