Season 3 episode 1

I got home, and thru down my bag on the stairs. I still couldn't believe that Max turned himself in. I know I told him its the right thing to do but I can see how upset Taylor is. She gave me the silent treatment but a death look that looks like she wanted to scream at me but kept her mouth shut. " Taylor, You cant ignore me forever. "

" I cant believe you picked Lori over Max!!!" Her face was full of anger. 

" I didn't pick Lori over Max! I just did the right thing, sooner or later they would of figured out it wasn't Lori! Plus, Max cant live with that guilt!" I argued back.

"Lori should be in that jail cell not Max! " A tear rolled down her face as she stomped upstairs. I sat on the steps with a big sigh, as Grant enters the room.

" What just happen? " His face is painted with confusion. 

" Taylor's mad at me that Max turned himself in. " I frown.

" What did max do?!?" Grant looked up to Max as if he was his role-model. 

" Jared is dead. " I look down feeling guilty that I told Grant what happend.

" What? D did Max kill him?" Grant looked like he was about to blow up.

" To protect me" I looked at Grants confused face.

" What do you mean? What did Jared to?"

" He pushed me and I was laying on the ground unconscious."

Grant couldn't take all of this in so  I left him alone for a little bit. I go up the stairs into Taylor's room.

" Taylor?"

She avoided eye contact. " What do you want?"

" To talk to you.. " I sat on the bed next to her.

" Well, thats not what I want. " She replied.

I sigh. " Taylor I'm your sister!"

" Max is my boyfriend!"

" So a boyfriend is more important than a sister? You know him and I are best friends I did what is right even though I will miss seeing him around also!" We got in another argument.

She sighs. " Carter, sisters are more important but.. I I just cant stand max being there alone.. when he was protecting you, us, he likes to protect people he cares about before himself."

" That is true but it is the wrong thing to do to have Lori take the blame, She ruined our lives but I know that she is different now.."

" Carter, You really think a idiot like her can change?'

" She is still our birth mother!"

" No, since all I can remember Elizabeth is our mom NOT Lori!"

" Thats what you want to think not the truth."

" Ever since you came into my life everything changed!" She storms out of the room leaving me crying on the bed.

Twenty minutes later I grab my phone to call Crash. " Hello?"

" Hey! Whats up? You dont sound okay." He replied.

" I bet you already know what I am going to say, Taylor hates me after what we did to Max."

" But it was the right thing to do."

" I know but of course Taylor dosnt get that." Taylor is secretly listening outside of the door.

" Well want to come to my place to squeeze out of the drama?" Crash suggests.

" Sure let me get ready." As soon as I change and pack my bag I open the door to Taylor blocking the passage.

" Where do you think your going?" Taylor asks.

" None of your business apparently im unwanted."

" Your leaving us again?!?"

" Let me go!"

" Carter why do you always have to leave us why cant you be normal!"

I push right by her and exit the house. When I arrive at Crashes place he is so glad im there.

" So Carter did you escape alive?" He jokes around.

" She tried to stop me." I glance down at my phone which wont stop ringing. " and apparently shes still trying."

He laughs. " Let me have the phone." I pass him the phone. " Hello?" He answers it.

" Is this Crash? " Taylor says worryingly.

" Yeah whats up?"

" Why are you on Carters phone!?"

" She gave it to me, why are you so worried and upset?"

" She left without telling me where shes going, I am afraid she was moving in somewhere unsafe again, is she moving in with you?!"

" No, shes just visiting."

" With all those bags?"

" Taylor, dont worry just please stop calling"

" No! I dont believe she would just give you her phone!"

" Calm down!"

" No i'm not listening to a person who shot max!"

Crash slowly hangs up the phone. " She brought up what I did to Max."

" She must be drunk and not thinking right." I reply.

The phone rings again. " She dosnt know when to stop does she?"

" Thats my sister."

" Well you know im not the person I used to be right?"

" Yes you changed just like Lori but Taylor dosnt believe in the word " Changing"."

" Yeah Taylor needs to learn to forgive people."

" I'm doing to call Ben." I call Ben and all the calls ring forever.

" Is he ignoring your calls again?"

" He has no reason to" I reply.
