Island love

First day of summer

After a 7 hour car ride my family had finally made it to Martha's Vineyard. This year I was determined to get a guy(s). I wasn't going to stay home with my family every night and do nothing. There were literally no bad looking guys on the island.
*flash forward a few hours*
I had finally finished unpacking and it was about 3 o"clock. My older brothers Jeff and Jace had already left to go meet up with some friends. Which ,meant that it was just me and my twin brother Maverick left alone. My other brother Ricker wasn't coming for a few more hours .My parents rarely if ever come to the island, they'd rather be at home at the lake. Plus they didn't have to watch us anymore Jeff and Jac has just graduated and Mav and me (Mia) were a sophomore so our parents really didn't have to watch us. I don't mind too much but sometimes i do miss them, my family is really close.
I quick change into my bathing suit so I could take a dip in our pool out back. We had the perfect set up which allowed for my older brothers to throw the craziest parties. I finally get changed into my bathing suits. It was one of the new ones from pink . As I go out back I see our neighbors the Quwaty's they had 7 kids A brother Travis who was 21 I didn't know him to well being that he was a lot older then me. There was also Connor who was Jeff and Jaces age, he was quit the flirt, but it was always in a joking was. Then then there was Nate he was a senior in highschool, there was something about him that always made me so shy. Next there was Ray he was a junior ,he was a jerk I never really took the time to know him, I only really knew of him because him and timer were good friends. Unlike him his twin brother Noah who was really chill. Lastly there were another set of
twins Drew who I always kinda liked but he always had a girlfriend. And his twin sister Naomi they were the same age as me and Mav so naturally me and Naomi were best friends as were Drew and Mav.
Connor, Nate, Drew, and Naomi all ran over and gave me a group hug. Travis wasn't around and Ray was to cool to come over.
"Dang Mia you like damn fine in that bathing suit," said
I just laughed it off and pushed is shoulder.
Nate and Drew both said in unisinc "he's not wrong." Wow I thought to myself this summer is going to be exciting. We all, well minus Ray caught up and before we knew it, it was 6 o'clock. We all went back inside our houses to get ready to meet up with everyone at wertley. Tonight was going to be great, everyone was back on the island and would be meeting at wertley. Then Jeff and Jace would probably have a bunch of people over so they could throw the first party of summer. And boy am I lucky that my brothers had so many good looking friends. My room faced Rays room, I would much rather have one of his brothers. But I couldn't complain because he was the best looking brother and I could get a sneak peak at him. And clueless me didn't realize that that meant he could see me too.
So when I got out of the shower I was naked just roaming around my room looking for something  to wear tonight. And little did I know the whole time he was watching me. As I turn around to get my phone out of the charger I see him there staring at me. I quickly run back into the bathroom and wrap myself in a towel. How long had he been watching me for? I go back out and bang on my window to get his attention. He opens his window and says "what?!"
"Umn how long were you watching me for" I answer
He replies back " the whole time, but don't worry you have nothing to be insecure about,"flashing a smirk. I close my window turnaround and smile to myself. Did Ray, the boy who could never be bothered with even looking my way flirt with me?!!?! I close my shade and start to pick out and outfit. I then put on a pair of Jean shorts on and a white lace top. I then go over to my vanity and put on some makeup I didn't really need a lot cause my skin was naturally really nice so I just put on mascara, filled in my eyebrows and some lipstick. I straightened my hair because it was naturally wavy. And by the time I was done it was 7:30. I went downstairs and quick got a bite to eat and then headed over to Naomis to go and get her so we could head to wertley together.
I loved going with Naomi because she was really outgoing towards guys and she'd always start a conversation with anyone. So it gave me the opportunity to meet a lot of guys. As we were walking around wertley I immediately saw Dax, he was notorious here. Everyone loves him, he would probably never have to work a day in his life with all the money his parents had, he did whatever he wanted whenever, and he was the biggest player. And everyone was aware that he was the type to "hit em and quick em" but yet girls still throwed themselves at him. He started coming over to me and Naomi, stay cool I thought to myself stay cool. He went right up to Naomi and hugged her, what?! There friends this is weird. I'll find the deats on that later. He then looked over to me and said

"hey Mia, will I see you tonight at your brothers party,"he asked staring right into my eyes.

I answered "yea definitely, it gonna be a lot of fun,"

He replied" good, you two should come to one of my parties sometime."

My heart had dropped to the floor. No way was he inviting us to one of his parties! But I had to play it cool " yea of course it sounds good to me."

"Sweet I'll see you there. Naomi give Mia my number so I can text her the details." He replied and then walked away.

Naomi started freaking out "Mia no way he was into hanging out with you."

I smiled" really you think so. Well it seems like you two know each other ."

"Oh yea he lives in the same town as me back home, he's been over a few times to hang with Connor" she said like it was no biggy.

"What!!! Omg lucky! Ok I need to stop talking about him it's times to find some other guys." I answered anxiously.

"That's what a I like to here, cmon lets go then." Naomi replied pulling me away to probably meet some guys she knows.

She brings me to Gios pizzeria which was famous here. And surely in the back of the place Naomi has spotted some guys she knew. She drags me over to them and they all say hi to her. Then this one boy at the end of the table with piercing green eyes says "care to introduce us to you friend."

"I'm Mia," I saw confidently

"Pull over a chair Mia, I'm Brad, and these are my friends, Chase, Luke, and Max." I recognized Max him and Naomi would hook up a lot. They all said hi and we're staring at me for a few seconds. Awkward. Naomi got up and Max followed. Well I guess this was gonna be a repeat of last summer. And was she seriously leaving me alone with these guys I don't even know, whatever. Shortly after Chase and Luke left and it was just me and Brad we walked around the island and ended up on the beach just stargazing.
"How come I've never seen you before," I ask

"I guess we were both at the wrong place at the wrong time"

"The stars are so beautiful"

"Well I guess you a star then" he answers so calmly it sent shivers down my spine. He gets up and reaches for my hand I take it and he pulls me up and we start walking back to wertley when a Range Rover pulls up and it's Dax. He pulls down the window and says "hey you guys want a ride back to the party"

I look at Brad," you know him?"

"Yea he's my brother,"omg no way there brothers! This isn't good because I could sense that soon it be crushing on both of them. I follow Brad as he gets into the car and Dax starts heading over to my house for a crazy night.
