You woke up the next morning, holding your phone tightly in your hand. You got up and changed into fresh clothes. Putting on a white beanie, knee length black mid-sleeve dress, the same white scarf from yesterday, white leggings, and black boots. You slipped a few necklaces over your head and grabbed your phone if the bed, texting Phil immediately.
Y: Hi Phil! Is it cool if I come over?
You got a response almost immediately.
P: Sure thing! Come over in 10
You set a timer on your phone and flipped open your laptop, finding an eight minute long Dan and Phil video. After it finished, you heard your timer buzz. You grabbed your phone and w cropped white sweater, slipping the sweater on and running out of your flat. You hurriedly ran down the staircase to the flat beneath yours, and knocked on the door. You checked your phone, seeing that it was nine. Phil soon opened the door.
"Hey Y/N!" He said, waving.
"Hi Phil!" You said.
He let you in and you walked in, seeing Dam in the kitchen. He raised his hand in a silent hello. You followed Phil to his room.
"I need to make a video. Want to be in it?" He asked.
You smiled and nodded. You both sat on his bed and he flipped on the camera. You smiled excitedly.
"Hey guys! Today I have Y/N here with me." You smiled and waved. "We are going to be..."
After you finished up with the video, you went to the lounge and talked with him. Dan soon walked in. You looked over at him. He waved again, and this time you waved back. He smiled. Not a natural smile, not a happy smile, a forced smile. You knew he was sad about something. Your smile slowly vanished.
"What's wrong Dan?" You asked.
"What makes you think something's wrong?" He forced a laugh.
"I can tell when someone's smile is fake. I know yours is. Same with the laugh." You told him.
He looked at his feet. His fake smile vanished in an instant, instantly being splayed by a sad frown. You stood up and walked over to him. He sighed.
"Alright, I'll tell you."
