We were going to the beach for my birthday! Me (Kaylee) and my friends, Zoey, Claire, Avery and Olivia! I was turning 16 so I was the oldest from my friends because they were still only 15. Now that I finally got my drivers I drove there in my new car! My parents bought me it for my birthday after I begged for awhile. Anyways so once we got to the beach we all jumped out of the car and raced down to the sand!
"ahhh!!" we all stopped and turned around to see Claire with a horrified look on her face. I ran up to her.
"what happened?"
she pointed towards an old man that was wearing a very tight speedo that was way to small on him.
"Ewwwwwwwww!" I yelled and then ran down to our spot. The other girls followed me, when they sat down on our blanket I said "That will haunt my brain till the day I die!" Then I pretended to gag.
When I looked up at the girls they were all staring in the same direction.
"You guys look so dumb, what are you looking at?!" I looked the way they were all looking and then I finally found it... well him. He was the hottest guy ever existing and he was one of the lifeguards! My friends all got up, took of thier cover ups (so now they were just wearing their bikinis) and they all ran up to him, except for me. His beach blonde hair and beautiful hazel eyes. He looked like a model in my opinion!
I watched as the girls drooled over him since they were all single they had nothing to lose! I'm also single but I was to shy to go over and talk to him.
He seemed really nice because he was actually smiling and laughing along to what they were saying.
"No guy like that would ever go out with me!" I thought to myself. I decided to go for a swim to take my mind off of him so I quickly dived in not caring if the water was cold or not.
Of course the water was freezing cold! I didnt want to swim in freezing cold water and my friends started heading back to our spot so I started walking out. When the girls saw me walking towards them they started yelling my name and telling me to come over there! So I started jogging there when someone stuck their foot out and tripped me! I fell Face first into the sand and a whole bunch of sand went into my mouth! I heard someone running towards me, thinking it was one of the girls I asked them to help me up but then I looked up to see the hot lifeguard!
He had his hand out to help me up so I took it and stood.
"Um.. hi." I said very shyly
Zoey came to save my day finally
"Colton we meet again! Well this is my friend Kaylee and Kaylee this is the hot lifeguard, Colton!"
"Hey Kaylee" Colton said with a breath taking smile
I couldnt do anything except for smile back!
Zoey whispered something in his ear but I couldnt here it, surprisingly cuz she is a very bad whisperer! He just smiled some more to whatever she said.
"well bye then." I said turning around
"kaylee wait." he yelled so I turned back around to face him "can I get ur number?" I held out my hand for him to give me his cellphone and then I put myself in his contacts! I looked at him to give his phone back and he had my phone!
"how did u get my phone?" I asked confused.
He just pointed to Zoey, who was standing beside him.
"ohh" I said quietly
He eventually gave me my phone back and we turned our separate ways.
(a/n: I would write more but I'm tired and my sister alarm clock keeps beeping and I'm too lazy to turn it off. oh and I hoped u liked the first chapter! :D
