"Hey." Angie is beautiful. She's the type of girl that keeps you wishing you were by her side everyday.
"Hey. Why didn't you come to school last week?" i asked as I hugged her.
"I was feeling bad," she lied. I knew that she had "run away" and ran out of money so she came back.
"Promise you'll tell me next time."
"Okay."
The bell rang and i started walking her to class. "So what was it this time?" i asked.
"You know. Same thing every time."
"What did your mom say after you came back?"
"She said she'll kick me out of the house for sure next time, but i know she won't. She needs the money that my dad sends every month."
"I love you, okay?" i held her hand and pulled her towards my chest. "And you're welcome to come stay with me whenever you feel like you can't be at home."
"I love you too." The late bell rang and she ran off after giving me a kiss on the cheek.
"I love you more." i whispered low so she couldn't hear me.
