"Adam stop!" Kelsey screams as she runs down the hall of her house laughing. "What its just a little bit of frosting!?!" Finally catching up to her he wipes a big chunk of icing on her cheek. Gasping she grabs the icing off her face and smears it across his.

It had been a long week at school and it's finally Friday. Nothing like baking a cake to relieve some stress. Kelsey is your typical girl. Athletic and petite. Adam is your typical jock. They both met at a football game, and hit it off. They are perfectly inseparable. They aren't even in the same building at school so they never crossed paths.

"So are you still up for a movie tonight?" Adam questions with a sweet glimmer in his eyes. "Yes of course I'll go get ready!" She responds. "Great I'll be back to pick you up in an hour." He pecks the top of her head and walks out the door.

Kelsey puts on a pair of jeans and a white lace top. She straightened her long blonde hair and slips on her ankle boots. She heard a honk outside, and she knew she was right on time. She grabbed her bag off the hook and ran out the door. She walks up to Adams black Honda Civic and shuts the door. "Wow." He says. "What??" She answers nervously. "Nothing you're just really beautiful I don't know how I got so lucky." She smiles and puts her blushing head down.

They pull up to the theatre, and it's quite busy. "Hey I'll drop you off up front, and you can get out tickets. I will go park the car. She smiles and hops out of the passenger side. As she's walking to the ticket booth she glances down at her phone.

Ashley: "Hey Kels! Are you and Adam at the movies??"

Kelsey: "Yes we just got here! Why are you here??"

Right as she sends the message she feels a pair of arms wrap around her waist. "Ashley!!!" She yells. "We saw Adams car pass, and we saw you get out!" Ashley says grabbing a close hold of her boyfriend David. She was always very possessive of her boyfriends as if she was afraid someone would steal them from her.

Adam suddenly walks up and bro hugs David. "Hey man what are you guys doing here???" He responds in just as much shock as Kelsey. "We came to see a movie! What else would we be doing at the theatre??" David responds jokingly. "Well would you guys wanna double date?" Ashley shrieks with excitement. "Yeah that sounds great." Kelsey says.

Adam grabs Kelsey's hip as their walking, and pulls her close. As she's walking along with her friends she glances up, and sees something she wasn't expecting. A man staring at her from afar. He was about her age, but with a very mature face. His dark features staring back at her gave her chills down her spine. As she passed by him she noticed he had the most beautiful green eyes. He doesn't break eye contact with her. She finally smiles a friendly smile and nods. Right as she does that Ashley grabs her arm pulling her back to reality. "What are you looking at weirdo??" She giggles. As Kelsey begins to respond she glances back and the boy is gone.

The image of him is burned into her brain. She has just returned home from the theatre, and she is still spooked. As she takes off her makeup, and slips on her pajamas she begins to wonder. Why have I never seen that boy before? This is a small town, and I've been here since I was a child. There's no way he's from here.

As she lays in bed she remembers every little thing about him. He was wearing dark jeans, black boots, and A white V-neck. His chocolate long brown curls were perfect against his fair flawless skin. As she restudied him in her mind she remembered the rings on his fingers. She had never seen a guy dressed like this before, but he was the epitome of perfection.

Wait what is she thinking? She is happily taken by Adam. Nothing could stop her from loving Adam. Not even this beautiful, mysterious stranger.
