"Ally where is she" Stevie demanded. Stevie scanned the room as Ally stood in front of her swaying back and forth nervously.
"I have no clue" Ally said avoiding eye contact with Stevie.
"Oh so you don't know where your own daughter is" Stevie said.
"Well obviously I know where she is but I'm just not going to tell you" Ally admitted running upstairs away from Stevie.
"Ally" Stevie shouted as she chased after Ally.
"What" Ally shouted back as she ran into her and Stevie's bedroom. Stevie followed Ally into their bedroom and sat with her at the edge of the bed.
"Ally surely Daisy should be acting like this not you"
"I know I just really don't want her to go to school, it's going to be really scary for her anything could happen"
"Ally..." Stevie sighed.
"What if she doesn't like it" Ally continued. "What if she gets bullied, what happens if she doesn't like the teachers, I think it will be better if we kept her here..forever...and she doesnt have to grow up" Ally finished.
"Ally she was always be your little girl and you know that" Stevie said putting her arm around Ally. "But this is the next step for her, trust me she will be fine"
Ally sighed. "I know" Ally stood up and walked over to their closet. She opened the doors and an excitable Daisy ran out and jumped on Stevie.
"In the closet really Ally, you hid our daughter in the closet"Stevie laughed and picked her daughter up. "It's time for you to get ready for school munchkin"
"I'm not a munchkin" Daisy giggled. "I'm a big girl now that's why im going to school"
"I'll go get her dressed" Ally said taking Daisy and walking out of the room.
Twenty minutes later Ally returned with Daisy who was now wearing a white top black jeans a red beanie and her little red converse.
"Ally really"
"If my daughter is going to school she is going to be the coolest looking"
"Ally she looks like you"
"Exactly, she looks amazing" Ally said as she held Daisy up in the air.
The three of them walked downstairs and Daisy picked up her back pack. "Can we go now momma" Daisy asked Stevie.
"Have you got everything" Stevie asked.
"Yeah" Daisy said as she nodded.
When they got to the front of the school Daisy hugged Ally goodbye. "Mommy why are you crying" Daisy asked curiously.
"I'm not" Ally said wiping her eyes as tears threatened to roll down her cheeks. Ally stood up next to Stevie as they both watched her run into the school followed by other children her age.
"Do you wanna go get something to eat" Stevie asked as she kissed Ally.
"Can we get icecream" Ally replied.
"You're such a kid" Stevie repsonded as she laughed.
"Well there needs to be one kid around here" Ally said as she kissed Stevie again before they both got in their car and drove off to get icecream.
