Rider's pov
"Anakin do you know where they are right now?" Obi-Wan says to Anakin as Zeba and I stop right outside the medical room door.
I take several deep breaths trying to calm my nerves. When I glance at her, Zeba gives me a reassuring smile. I slowly open the door to see Anakin sitting up in his bed with Obi-Wan in a chair to his left side.
Anakin has no expression on his face, I can't tell if he is or isn't happy to see me. Meanwhile Obi-Wan also looks like he doesn't know how to feel about me just walking into Anakin's room.
"Hello, Rider, nice of you to join us. Why don't you come inside here instead of just standing in the doorway so we can talk," Obi-Wan says in a surprisingly calm tone.
I nervously step several feet into the room Zeba staying beside me still. Having her next to me is helping me to not feel so afraid of Obi-Wan.
"Rider, before I left to get Shawn, what did I tell you?"
"To stay there and not leave the room," I whisper while curling and uncurling my hands into fists, trying my hardest to stay calm. I have to try and stay calm around Obi-Wan, after all, he has only asked me one question, I can't lose my cool when I know that I will have to answer many more.
"That's right, I told you to stay here and wait for me to come back. Can you explain to me why you decided to leave then?"
"Master Kenobi, I'm sorry to disobey you, but this was something I had to do," I say while looking him in the eyes for the first time since I came in.
"And what exactly did you have to do?"
"When you left I talked to Zeba and she said that she knew a way to help me repel the dark side. I had to take the chance that maybe she really could help me. I'm sorry Obi-Wan, but if you were me and you had one chance to possibly get rid of the dark side, would you take the chance?"
"If I would do the same doesn't matter. I specifically told you to stay there, but you disobeyed me. I can't trust you, Rider. I gave you a little freedom and you took it for granted," he says while standing up, causing me to fill with dread, knowing what he is going to do.
He pulls out the cuffs and says, "Turn around, Rider."
I shake my head no, afraid of being in cuffs.
His hand twitches towards his lightsaber as he says, "Rider, I am very close to turning you over to The Council for leaving when you weren't supposed to. Unless you want to spend tonight in a cell, listen and do as I say."
Shaking from fear, I turn around and put my hands behind my back.
As he clamps the cuffs on, I close my eyes, feeling like I might throw up.
Once he finishes putting on the cuffs I quickly walk to the corner of the room, kneel down on the floor, then throw up.
I feel a hand on my shoulder and moan, feeling so sick and afraid.
She removes her hand and walks away from me. A few seconds later I throw up some more.
"Is this necessary?" Zeba asks in a frustrated voice as she uses a towel to clean up my face.
"Yes," Obi-Wan says simply, causing her to let out a sigh.
"Anakin, tell him please. This is a mistake," Zeba says, making me feel grateful that I have her to help me get through this.
"I agree with Obi-Wan," Anakin whispers, making me feel sick again.
"Anakin, please. I need you, don't do this to me," I whisper as I lean up against Zeba, feeling like I might throw up some more.
