Promise Me.. Ch 59

~Liam's P.O.V.~

"No, I'm inside. Come in through the back and they'll lead you to where we are."

I read this text sent to me from Noel. I was so excited to see her! I hadn't seen for for 2 days and I was finally going to tonight. She had been filming in Vegas and had just finished up the scenes and now it was time for the director to put everything together.

Noel and I were going to be on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. I wore a nice black suit with a dark red tie because I knew she liked this color. My hair combed up nicely but my hands a little sore. I send her a few emojis as a response and tuck my phone away in my pocket and walk through the back doors as I was told to do. I walk for a while with a guard behind me and let a crew member direct me to wear Noel is. I walk through a door and into another room and see my lover standing there and we instantly make eye contact.

"YOU CHANGED!" We both shout.

She runs into my arms and I hold her tightly as we laugh and smile. I give her a big kiss and she kindly returns the favor. When we depart I look over her and watch her scan me too. She wore a nice all black jumpsuit with heels.

"You cut your hair.. And pierced your nose!" I say as I touch her brown locks.
"I needed to clean up aha." She laughs about her hair.
"But your nose!" I saw and look at the jewel on her left nostril.
"I told you I was thinking about it!" She laughs as she holds my sides.

"But you cut your hair a bit too!" She tells me.
"I know but just a little off the sides! Not like 4 inches!" I say and chuckle while she does too.
"And you got new tattoos!" She takes hold of my hands and looks at the back of my palm.
"I did but we were also talking about that!" I defend with a smile. She looks back up to me and she was absolutely gorgeous.

Her hair was just an inch lower than her shoulders. It used to be down to the middle of her back. It was nicely curled and wonderful. But her nose must've hurt still, therefore I won't touch it anytime soon.

I had gotten two new tattoos though. On the back of my hands was an eagle in front of a sun and on my other hand were roses. She hugged me tightly and told me she missed me dearly.

"Are you excited?" She asks.
"I am indeed."
"Me too." She giggles and I kiss her head lightly.

"Ah Liam Payne and Noel Strider!" A man walks through the door and he must've been from the crew. "Jimmy is ready for you! Please step this way!" He tells us and we follow his instructions. We could hear Jimmy's voice from outside of the curtain and waited.

"Now our special guests tonight are very famous people indeed! She is a multi-talented star! Famous for her acting, modeling, dancing, singing and many more while he is a member of one of the biggest bands in the world, One Direction, and together they make the worlds hottest couple! Give it up for Liam Payne and Noel Strider!" He shouts and the curtains open.

Noel and I walk through while the crowd stands and applauds along with much screaming for our appearance. We meet Jimmy by shaking his hand and Noel gives him a small hug. We take our seats on the small sofa next to his desk and smile at everything around us.

"Wow! It's so great to meet you guys! Thanks for coming on the show!" He grins.
"Thank you for having us!" I nod.
"Yeah, it's great." Noel sweetly says.

We go on with the interview for a little while longer until Jimmy invites us to play a game with him called Box Of Lies. Noel and I sit on one side of a table while he sits on the other. A board is out up between us and him. On our left side was a big rack of boxes with different numbers. We could see Jimmy through a small square cut out of the board and it was quite interesting. Jimmy explains the game which was to pull out some random object from the box you chose and tell your opponent what was inside. You could be lying or telling the truth and the other person had to figure it out. Whoever won would receive a point and so on.
