Andia slowly and reluctantly uncovered herself only to retreat as the lights through the curtains painted her face. She moaned at the pulling softness of her bed she didn't wish to leave.
Under her pillow she reached for her phone and dragged it down in front of her face. The box of light flicked on and all that was shown was "10 AM -- Slide to unlock". Andia heaved a heavy sigh that soon became a yawn as she stretched under her covers.
The covers fell off of her as she sat up and then dragged her legs over to the side. The bright summer day shone through the window warmed her face as she stretched and yawned once again. Although the morning was bright, it was gray. Everything had been gray to her since break up and she lost the only person she'd called 'friend' in a while.
A beeping noise behind her chased away the thoughts. " Oh yeah... " she thought aloud as she scrambled across her bed to grab her laptop.

She clicked the pop up and it took her to a familiar site. ChatBarn. Two of the messages came from a friend she had in the UK. She talked to him every now and then, nothing too interesting but also not boring enough to fade away. The last message came from a new person.
