I awoke the next morning with panic, thinking last night was all a dream, but when I felt arms tighten around me, my worries disappeared and I relaxed instantly. I rolled over to face Louis, and slowly pecked his nose and cheeks, going near his lips, but not kissing them. His eyes fluttered open and he smiled, leaning in and kissing me on the mouth softly. I felt the familiar butterflies roam throughout my stomach.
"That's a nice way to wake up," I announce, a grin stretched across my face. I lay still, perfectly in bliss,
"Indeed it is," Louis replies, pulling me closer and slowly shutting his eyes once again.
"What do you want to do today?" I ask, running my fingers through his hair. I hear him groan before answering,
"Nothing. I just want to lay here, with you," He implied. I giggle,
"As flattered as I am right now, I don't want to lay in bed all day Lou," I resort, taking a quick glance at the clock on the bedside table which read 12:17.
I sat up quickly,
"Louis, we've slept past noon," I complain, pushing him slightly. He sits up and stretches,
"Wow! Waking up early feels great!" He jokes and I laugh, standing from the bed and pulling my hair into a bun. When I turn I see Louis typing away on his phone, I start to think, what type of relationship where we? I knew I wanted to be more than friends, much more, but Louis just broke up with his girlfriend yesterday morning, he had to be some what sad.
"What are we Louis?" I blurt. He stared a while before answering,as if he was thinking the same thing,
"I-I don't know Katie." He continues, "Well... I think we should take it slow, and not set any labels yet." He said hesitantly. I nodded, holding back the lump that formed in the back of my throat, ignoring the way my stomach dropped, and remembering that Louis was famous world-wide, and any type of relationship he had would be drastic for him and his fans.
Louis could see the way my face dropped and made his way over to where I was standing in the bedroom. He cradled my hands in his, kissing my lips smoothly,
"We just have to wait a little," He says, caressing my cheek with his hand. "Give me time to talk to management, and set things out." I nodded my head, realizing it was going to be much more difficult to even date Louis.
Louis and I soon got dressed and walked to a nearby pizza place for lunch. We showed no public affection and Louis told me that management would most likely make them wait to 'come out' for a while. He said that the public would be suspicious on why he had immediately started a new relationship after he just ended one. I understood everything, and was willing to wait, though I didn't believe that management was the only thing holding Louis back, it had to be somewhat Eleanor.
The next day...
"The club?" I ask, I was currently on the phone with Louis,
"Yes! It'll be fun, I promise," He said eagerly on the other end. Louis said it was just for fun, but in reality, I knew it was because he was sort of, kind of, missing Eleanor. He wanted a night to go and party, and I didn't blame him, I wanted to give him his time; after all, he stated that he loved Eleanor before he and I got close, before his feelings for Eleanor faded and ours grew.
"Okay, I'll go." I stated.
"Great I'll pick you up in.. half an hour." He said before ending the call. I jumped off the couch and ran to my room to get dressed. I changed into a hot pink, skin tight, dress with what looks like claw marks down the sides. A large section in the back was cut out, and I decided to leave my hair in its natural, wild, curls. I put on gold shimmery eye shadow, then black mascara and eyeliner. I put on gold sparkly pumps and grabbed a gold hand bag.
