A Strange Kind of Love Chapter 3-Meeting You Again.

It was quiet and dark in the hut when Kagome felt something of great power. She decided to check it out so she got out of her sleeping bag and walked out of the village and into the forest.

When she finally got there nobody was in sight but the feeling just wouldn't go away. So she called," You can come out now...Sesshomaru." Then in the moonlight in all his glory came Sesshomaru. He then said," You have gotten stronger miko." She replied," Thanks but what have you called me out for?" He replied," I saw the whole incident but I would like some answers." She said," Well then make yourself comfy because its a story that makes me happy of what I have become."

So the two of them sat under separate trees and got ready to ask or answer questions. Kagome said," Ask away with whatever you wish Sesshomaru." With a nod Sesshomaru began. "So I saw the whole thing but what I don't understand is why were you crying?" She replied," I saw them together and so my heart shattered because he told me I was his first but he decided to go and betray me. I was hurt by what he did." Sesshomaru then asked," So why did you leave? Why didn't you just hurt my stupid half brother?" Kagome smiled and laughed a little at the question. She said,"I left because I was very angry at what he did to me. I didn't hurt him then because I knew I had no chance and because I wanted to get stronger so I could get my revenge so this is the reason I came back." That answer made Sesshomaru chuckle and smirk. Sesshomaru then said," I believe you have answered all my questions miko."

He then stood up and said," I would like to see you beat my stupid, foolish half brother." Kagome then stood and asked," How will you know when I am fighting him and his clay pot?" He replied," Just fight in the forest and I will track the scent to where you are. But I will not fight. I will only fight if you're close to dying. I will also hide my scent and aura so neither of them can feel or smell my presence." He then walked up to Kagome and gave her a light kiss on her lips. He then said as he was walking into the darkness of the forest," Until we meet again MY little miko." And he was gone.

Kagome just stood there in shock of what he just did. She then smiled and walked back to the village and fell asleep thinking about Sesshomaru.

NEXT DAY......Kagome woke up just before dawn feeling very happy. She grabbed her things and went into the forest to find a hot spring. After she was done washing up she began walking back to the village when she ran into none other than Inuyasha. At first she was shocked by this very odd surprize but then she was seething with anger and hatred within her.

Inuyasha was happy she finally came back to the feudal era because after the many times he tried to apologize her family wouldn't let him through. He then said," Kagome what are ya doing back here I thought ya hated my guts?" But all she said with her blue fiery eyes was," Stay away from me you betraying fool of a half-breed." And for him that really hurt him but before he could say anything she said with hatred cold hard hatred and menace," Go play with your clay pot you have no place in my heart anymore." And he said," K-Kagome please just understand I-" But she wasn't listening. She was walking away from him and just before she went into the hut she gave him a cold hard icy glare that could once again rival Sesshomaru.

Now Inuyasha was left standing wondering what he could do to make her forgive him. But once it was day Inuyasha just wouldn't stop bugging Kagome. No matter where she went he was always there bantering her with questions. But she just kept on ignoring him. It even got to the point where Sango and Kirara were always by her side. They were like her personal bodyguards. Then finally after about three days he gave up. He decided what she said was true then that he really didn't have a place in her heart. But all he could ever wonder is who had her lovely heart and how could he get this person to stop having her heart so she would be his to toy with again.

For Kagome all she knew was after that kiss Sesshomaru gave her she felt like she... loved him. Could that be possible? What if he didn't love her back? That was just something she would have to figure out.
