The girls packed up their belongings and started riding again. Black kept wondering where they were going but Greyson didn't want to spoil the surprise. They finally stopped for gas and something to eat about an hour from their destination.
"Come on Greyson, where are we going?" Black asked while they were in line for food. the gas station they stopped at had a Mcdonalds in it so they decided they'd have that for lunch.
"Grey," Greyson said instead of answering.
"What?" Black asked.
"you can call me Grey, like all my other friends do." Greyson said and stepped up to the counter ordering burgers and fries with drinks.
"Thanks, That's really nice of you to let me call you that." Black said as she sat down and bit into her burger.
Grey smiled. "its nothing, just where we're going it'll be easier just to call me that."
"oh, so were going with hints then? ok so gimme another." Black said taking a drink of her soda and leaning half way over the table.
Greyson just shook her head and smirked "nope, you want another you gotta pay the price," she said and leaned closer.
"alright then," Black replied and looked down at Grey's mouth for a second before bringing her eyes back up to Grey's. She leaned forward closing the space. Greyson eyes widened, and her breathe quickened.
They both stole glances at each others lips for what seemed like years and the space between them got smaller and smaller until they were just inches apart. It was so gay you could practically see the rainbows. The tension between them seemed so thick they could quite possibly drown in it. They inched closer and closer, they were breathing faster than a marathon runner. Their hearts were beating faster than rabbits on energy drinks. Grey gulped and her eyes fluttered shut waiting for Black.
Black smiled and grazed the corner of grey's mouth with her lips until they rested on Grey's cheeks. She kissed Grey's cheek quickly and sat back down slurping her drink quite loudly. The noise brought Grey out of her stuper. Her hand flew to her ruby red cheeks as she stood up, knocking over her chair.
"I-I'll be right back." Grey said her hand still on her cheeks, and rushed to the bathroom.
"god," Black muttered and laughed 'how obvious do i have to be before shes gonna kiss me?' Black thought to herself and munched on some fries.
Grey flew into the bathroom and locked the door. she was blushing and she knew it. she pressed her back against the door and slid down it. she had a giant grin on her face that she couldn't seem to get rid of when she was with Black.
'But Black obviously doesn't feel the same. She couldn't. Could she? No not at all. This is just something girls do with friends. Right?' Grey thought and caught her breath. "Right." She answered herself out loud. She stood up and brushed off her jeans.
"Right. Now" she washed her hands and flushed the toilet for appearances and headed back to the table.
"Took you long enough." Black said when Grey came to the table. Black had thrown away all her trash so now only Greys food was left. Grey finished quickly and they went back outside.
"We've been driving for so long Grey." Black whined and crossed her arms, pouting.
"It's not much farther, just an hour or so." Grey responded and brushed a stray lock of hair from in front of Blacks face, leaving her blushing and unable to complain.
