Prologue:

There’s a girl known as Bostyn Campbell, who has just finished high school at the age of seventeen, since her birthday is in early August. She was what was know as ‘popular’ in high school. She was known by everyone and getting along with everyone, she put almost everyone before herself and always treated others the way she would like to be treated. She is always distinguished by her long, brown hair with caramel highlights, that even if she was dragged through bushes backwards it would still fall perfectly and silky straight down her back. She has pale skin and piercing aqua eyes, that shine beautifully in the right light.

She had always been the sensible ones out of her friends, getting drunk at parties but not too drunk. She just got drunk enough to be a little tipsy, when her friends would always be completely shit-faced only halfway through the night. Bostyn had always been able to find her way home or hold her friends hair back at 3 am. But, at this party, it was different. She slowly drifted off from her friends, being intrigued by a certain redhead, who sat shyly in the corner. She’d never seen him around or didn’t have a clue of what his name was but the idea of him fascinated her. It wasn’t until she’d had countless glasses of vodka and coke before the boy walked over to her.

There’s a boy known by Ed Sheeran, he had also just finished high school, only at the age of eighteen, the advantages of having his birthday in the February. He was what was known as the ‘shy boy’ in high school, barley opening his mouth in lessons only to say the word ‘present’ in the class register, not known by many. Those he was known by loved him dearly for his caring and honest nature. He couldn’t care less about what people thought of him, or what he looked like. He didn’t matter, simply because, after high school, he wouldn’t see more than 90% of anyone there. So, why should he care of what people thought about him, or that he should spend extra time looking neat everyday for his lessons? His fiery red hair was unnoticeable, as well as the faded birthmark around his emerald eye, and the freckles dotted all over his face, walking down the corridors he couldn’t go amiss.

Out of his friends, he was definitely the most shy, never having the courage to go up to girls, but that changed at this one party; he couldn’t take his eyes off the brunette stood with her friends, who quite clearly couldn’t take her eyes off him either. It was quite obvious she wasn’t listening to their conversation. She was just knocking more and more drinks to the back of her throat and into her system. After he’d decided that staring at her from across the room was getting him nowhere, he slowly and for the first time ever approached her.

"Hi." The red head spoke, his pure English accent filling her ears, taking over the booming music.

"Hi." She replied smiling.

Little did they know that those first two words, were most likely going to change their whole plans for the summer.
