A cool breeze flew in as someone opened the door. I jumped and a yellow flower fell from my hair. I tried to breathe to calm my nerves. Even though I had nothing to worry about, I was terribly nervous. Shaking in my skin. I was marrying the man of my dreams; the man who's absolutely perfect for me. The day was finally here. Outside I could see him standing with his best man. He had his hands on his knees like he couldn't stand on his own. It made me feel better that I wasn't the only one anxious out of my mind. Eventually all of the guests arrived and it was time to make my way down the aisle. My last walk as a single woman. I carefully walked down the wooden stairs of the reception cabin to the aisle. All around us was lush greenery and wildflowers. A sweet fresh smell of flowers hung in the air sweetly. The sky was completely clear and cloudless, just as we had envisioned it. I was glad to have picked such a perfect location. My father was waiting for me at the beginning of the aisle; he looked so different in his tux than he does in his usual camo. My breath caught and I gripped my bouquet of flowers tighter as the beginning chords of the song played. My father wrapped my arm around his and smiled reassuringly, which instantly made me feel better. He was waiting at the altar. I had never seen anyone as handsome in my life. My throat formed a lump, and I struggled to breathe. His face brightened up as soon as he saw me. He looked so extremely happy and radiant. I had to rely on my father to help me get down the aisle. My legs were struggling to stay up, and my heart struggled to not explode out of my chest. When we finally got down the aisle which seemed to go on forever, I turned to my father. He removed my veil, a tear was struggling to stay in his eye. Then, he kissed my forehead and placed my hand in my soon-to-be-husband's hand. My father and he shook hands, and I struggled to keep my composure. Looking over at the first row, I could see that my mother had already begun to cry. Then I turned to my future and looked into his deep green eyes and knew that I had made the right decision.
