Jules

"Jules what about this home?" Jordan was questioning me as we all hung out at home. He was on his cell phone looking at homes to buy for us. I walk over to him. I wrap my arms around his neck as I look down at his phone.

"Beautiful home. But it looks to pricy" I worry.

"It has four bedrooms. We could have more kids. More guest stay" he points out. More kids? This one was not yet here. He wanted more? I did kind of. Not so soon though. I was pleased Jordan was thinking of our future together.

"I love it" I say. I did. My issue was I loved them all. It was hard to pick one.

"Jules" he groans.

"Sorry" I giggle. He laughs. I kiss his cheek.

"We will find one" I vow.

"Not at this rate" he laughs.

Mark comes out with his bags packed to leave. It was after thanksgiving. We all had a great one.

"Mark you can stay you know" Alyssa begs him to stay.

"I know doll. It is better I go. I have work I will have to catch up on. I will be trying out for a new movie" he mentions.

"I wish you did not have to go so soon" sighs Alyssa. She looked so sad. I knew she liked Mark like he liked her. I wished I could play match maker. Though Jordan would not approve.

"I will see you soon" he says.

"What?" Jordan asks.

"I am heading to see Mark's home in Cali. He invited me out" says Alyssa happily. "He paid for my ticket in all"

"That is great" I say.

"Be safe" warns Jordan.

"She will be with me" warns Mark. Ouch.

"We will miss you bro" I say stepping in to stop the fight from breaking out. I hug Mark. He hugs me.

"I better go. The taxi is waiting for me" Mark says as he looks outside.

"Wait!" cries Alyssa. She follows him out the door.

"Your sister is dense with men huh?" grumbles Jordan.

"She can be at times" I say.

"Well she is dumb to go after a guy like Mark" he worries.

"Well she is an adult. She will have to learn" I point out.

"True" he sighs. I hug him.

"I am so happy to have you out here with me" I tell him.

"I am glad to be here" he says.

"Won't you be restless?" I ask.

"Nope" he says.

"Jordan think we will ever find our dream home?" I ask as I sit down beside him.

"Soon we will" he tells me. I kiss him.

"I am glad you came after me. I have been on cloud nine since you got here" I giggle.

"I know" he says smiling. Alyssa comes in looking sad Mark was gone now.

"You okay?" I ask her. She nods.

"I will be fine. I am going to take a nap" she mumbles as she heads in her room. I was not to worried about Alyssa and Mark. If it was mean to be it would be. Like Jordan and I.

"Want to rent a home here?" Jordan asks me.

"Why? We can stay here" I say.

"True" he tells me.

"I am happy right where I am" I promise him. He grins at me.

"I am to. I love you Juliet Knight" he declares to me.

"I love you to" I vow. I lean in and kiss my husband. Sometimes happily ever afters do happen after all.
