Meet Kevin Foster, he is one of the 4 Foster brothers, he is also the only one that plays basketball in his whole family, so he's starting a new chapter in his family. His dream is to make the NBA Draft and get picked first overall and go to the team called the Golden State Warriors. So he was practicing at the basketball court next to his house and all of a sudden, Kevin's dad came and said " Kevin! Something came in the mail for you". It was the pass to go to New York City and go to the NBA Rookie Showcase, this what Kevin was waiting for that's why he was in the practice court for the past 3 hours practicing, and he has to start packing now because, his flight takes off tomorrow at 5:00 in the morning so Kevin rushed into his house and started packing, his brothers, JJ, Tobi, and Jack came to his door and said "what are you doing?" Kevin replied out of breath "taking, for, Rookie, Showcase, flight, leaves, tomorrow, at, 5:00, in, morning."
THE ROOKIE SHOWCASE
Kevin's brothers just walk away silently and say "good for you." Kevin finished packing and slept at 8:00 PM and woke up at 3:00 AM he woke up his dad and the got ready and left. "Hello everyone and welcome to the 2015 Rookie Showcase, this is where you will see the top players from college try to compete against each other to try and make it to the NBA Draft, now it is time for tip off and lets get started". By Half time Kevin had 26 points, 9 rebounds, 10 assists, and 6 steals he is on the verge of getting a quadruple double. And by the end of the game Kevin had 52 points, 13 rebounds, 16 assists, and 14 steals. Kevin has successfully got a quadruple double he is also the first person to get a quadruple double in the NBA Rookie Showcase.
THE NBA DRAFT
And now it is time for the NBA Draft!
"Hello everyone and welcome to the 2015 NBA Draft. Here you will see the players that had the most talent in the Rookie Showcase and with their dream of playing in the NBA moves closer to reality. With out further ado lets get started. With the first pick in the 2015 NBA Draft the Golden State Warriors select, Kevin Foster from the university of Davidson!" Kevin just got picked first overall in the NBA Draft and is playing for the Golden State Warriors. This is exactly what Kevin was dreaming of and it actually happened, this is one of the best days Kevin has had yet!
