Hey!!!!!! This is a little project I started in English class. haha Everybody was all like you should finish it! They also loved the story so that was much motivation..so here you go!!!

Chapter 1

I can hear them, those traitors are after me! Why can’t they leave me alone? Shouldn’t they realize my own mother was one of them, but was killed in cold blood? I’m running towards Big Ben and being me, I tripped…over nothing. I land on my face, and black out.

Surrounded by darkness, I see in the distance the flickering of a television screen. My eyes are glued to the floating light, the pictures changing quickly as it is revealing a happy baby bouncing around on her mother’s leg. The mother is laughing and smiling, I can see in her eyes, as she looks upon her child, that they have the look of pure love and admiration. The baby girl looks exactly like her mother, but she has her father’s eyes.

Her father was sitting next to his wife, smiling at his young baby girl, but his thoughts were somewhere else. He had a distant look in his eyes, as if he were looking back upon something. Then a loud noise came from the door, and strange men in black cloaks appeared, and took the baby from her mother’s arms. “No!” I screamed, reaching out to the floating pictures. The mother was frantically trying to save her child but was stopped when she fell to the floor, blood coming out of her back.

Then, a handsome man saved the child from the rasps of the men, and ran away with the baby into the darkness.

Tears were streaming down my eyes as the pictures sped up, and I could only catch glimpses of things. Then it stopped, on a girl asleep in a large bed, with a white fluffy comforter, and soft white pillows. She was thrashing around, and seemed to violent to be sleeping, when I realized she was dreaming. She awoke with a start, and a cold sweat coated her face. A man walked into the room, and I recognized him at once.

He walked over to her bed and sat down, making the bed dent from his weight. The picture was then from the view of the man. He was gazing down upon her. She had hazelnut brown hair, a fair complexion, well-built, full lips, and flawless skin. The one thing that was the most prominent about her was her deep sea, blue eyes. They were very noticeable, even glowing, compared to her brown hair. I was struck with the familiarity of her, then it hit me; she was me.

I could tell through the pictures of how much he loved me, maybe even couldn’t live without me. I noticed this because every time he would see me, there would be a slight shimmer around the silhouette of my body. I was glowing in a way I have never noticed, nor seen before.

“I love you.” He mouthed. I wanted to say it back, but something was stopping me. I was being pulled towards the light, and fell through a hole.

I landed on my face, but I didn’t feel anything because I was too busy trying to run, and get away from my pain and sorrow.
