It was a Friday night as I sat on the cold ground with my legs propped up, my face buried between them as tears cascaded down my now wet face. I had cought my boyfriend making out with another girl back in the bar after I came back from getting drinks for the both of us.

*flashback*

"Two taqulias for ms. Beautiful," the bar tender said as he slid the drinks across the counter top.

"Thanks!" I kindly said smiling. I then turned around to make my way back to the dance floor where I had last seen my boyfriend David. Where is he?

I walked a little further onto the dance floor before I spotted someone who looked like him. Wait, that can't be. Is that David? Kissing a girl? Oh my gosh it is David.

My eyes widened in shock but quickly they were swimming in tears. My grip loosened around the drinks,making them fall and shatter to the ground, alcohol splashing everyone's legs around the site. I received a few dirty looks form the people who got splashed before I tore my eyes off of my now ex boyfriend David, kissing that whore.

I ran through the crowed out into the alleyway behind the club. As I flung open the door a few smokers looked at me alarmed at the abrupt opening of the door. Right now I didn't care of what people thought, all I wanted right now was to be alone. I quickly walked down the ally way a little more to a dim-lit open area, sinking to the ground against awall.

*End of flashback*

Minutes passed as I sat there, tears still flowing from my eyes. I can't believe that David did this to me. I didn't see it coming at all. My body ached from the constant trembling and crying.

I finally stopped crying after what felt like a decade. After I lifted my head up and whipped away the hairs that had stuck to my face I noticed a red haired guy sitting right next to me. How long has he been sitting here?

"Hi there!" The ginger smiled at me.

"H-hi", was all I could utter at the realization that the ginger was Ed Sheeran.

"I'm Ed, are you alright?"Ed asked as concern took over his features.

" Darcy, and yeah fine it's nothing," I said with a weak smile, but not meeting his gaze. But I couldn't resist those bright blue eyes for long. When I looked up to him I could tell he didn't believe me.

"Alright I'll tell you", I said sighing as i sat up properly.

"I saw my now ex boyfriend kissing another girl", at those words tears started to leak yet again.

"Oh, im sorry to hear that love, such a beautiful girl like you shouldn't be treated like that. Not a single woman should," Ed said wrapping his arms tightly around me, making me feel warm.

I just nuzzled my face into his chest smiling a bit again.

When we let go of each other, Ed's face turned into a bright smile.

"Ah !that's what I want to see on your face, such a lovely smile!" Ed exclaimed. I giggled in response.

We chatted for a little longer outside before we finally got up.

"Could I perhaps get your number Darcy?" Ed asked.

" So that we could maybe hang out?" He added.

"Oh, yeah sure," I said smiling like an idiot before we exchanged numbers.

"Do you need to ride home?" Ed asked as he slid his phone into his back pocket of the jeans he wore.

"Oh no thanks, I'm with my car. I'm sure David will manage to find his way home." I said feeling disgusted by David.

"Alright" Ed chuckled in response.

He then leaned in, placing a warm kiss to my cheek. As Ed did so I could feel my cheeks heat up.

"See you soon love," he said before turning on the spot slightly to walk to his car.

"S-see you", I stuttered since i was left feeling a bit lost for words. After he smiled his sweet smile at me one more time he finally turned away, walking to his car.
