I left the house feeling happy. I haven't actually felt happy in a while since the news. I made such a big mistake how could i ever be happy again? But today was different i woke up feeling content and not depressed as i have been for the past few weeks.
About two weeks ago i slept with a guy at a party. I don't even remember his name and he took my virginity. I didn't think things could get worse from that. Me Zoe lost her virginity to some random ass guy. But they did, i am now pregnant too. i haven't told anyone, i don't really have super close friends except one, Olivia. But she hasn't been home. She went on an internship for the summer, she is coming back tomorrow. Then i can tell her.
I am completely terrified to tell my parents. I don't know how they would react. Im only 17 and already pregnant with a baby. They would be so disappointed in me. I try not to think about it because I'm actually in a decent mood today.
I start walking to a place i like to call my secret hideout. Olivia and i go here all the time to escape. Its beautiful so kept to itself. I haven't seen people around it ever. When i get their i lye down and soak up the sun. I need a tan i think to myself. After an hour of just lying down tanning i pull out a salad i packed for myself in my bag. As I'm eating i notice its usually breezy for August in California.
When I'm done eating i get this rush of excitement to go swimming. I stand up to take off my top and shorts to revel my bikini underneath. Out of no where i spot another person. Someone else is actually here. He's leaning on rocks reading. His green eyes fixed on my dull brown ones. His eyes bore int mine and i have to break the stare. I just start to walk to the ocean and pretend like he isn't there.
Out of the corner of my eye, i notice he is still sneaking secretive glances. Finally the mysterious guy approaches me. Warning bells go off in my head but this wave of confidence just came over me. He has a large attractive grin on his face. "If i followed you home, would you keep me? The names Leo by the way". I stand there amazed by the terrible pick up line, no words manage to escape my lips.
Leo broke out in laughter. " Don't worry tiger, I was only kidding with the cheesy pick-up line. I noticed you from the distance and just needed an excuse to talk to you. I think you're absolutely beautiful. Will you let me buy you a soda."
I laughed so hard i almost snorted. How embarrassing. "Sure! Why not" i said. Besides Leo did have a really cute smile after all.
