Since I Meet You

The beginning

I started out my day like every other fifteen year old does, slamming down the snooze button on my alarm clock. Remembering why I set the alarm I groaned,  school started today.
When I got the energy to get up I ventured downstairs to grab some breakfast, before I had to go to the hell hole people call school.
I grabbed some Cheerios and headed back up to my room to get ready.
I went to my bathroom to face my face and then to my closet to pick out the outfit for the day. I decided a pair of jeans and a simple stripped top.
I then moved into the bathroom to do my hair and makeup. I put on a little mascara and chap stick and called it good.
I grabbed a pair of converse from my closet before I headed down stairs.
"Good Morning Drew" my mom said as I came down the stairs.
"Morning mom" I replied.
"Are you ready for your first day of 10th grade?"
"As ready as I'll ever be" I said with sarcasm.
Then I heard knocking, my best friend Casey is here to walk with me to school.
I opened up the door to see a bright eyed and cheery Casey.
"Hi Cas" I said to her.
"Hey Drew, you ready to head out?"
"Let me grab my lunch"
I ran into the kitchen to grab my lunch I have packed last night. The school food was gross and not something I wanted to put in my body.
I returned to Casey and yelled bye to my mom before we started on our journey to school.
"So have you heard there's a new guy" Casey says to me.
Now Casey being the way she is was always looking at the guys. I could really care less if someone has a six pack or has a nice butt.
"Oh where is this one from" I said to sound like I actually cared. 
"I'm not exactly sure but I heard he's hot"
I rolled my eyes at her. Casey has had numerous boyfriends, then there's me who hasn't had a boyfriend ever. Casey is currently dating a very nice guy named Ryan who is captain of the lacrosse team. He's a great boyfriend for Casey.
"Maybe you can finally get a boyfriend Drew" Casey says to me.
"I'm not interested in a boyfriend Cas" I say to her.
"Yeah, yeah, whatever." She replies back.
I soon realized that we are at the school already. Casey saw Ryan and said she was going to talk to him.
Wow such a great best friend. I have to make sure to thank her later.
I decided I would just go to my locker without her.
As I walked through the doors of the school, I thought this was going to be quite an interesting year.
